About Main Library - Central Arkansas Library System
Main Library - Central Arkansas Library System is a beautiful building with a large selection of books, movies, and activities for visitors of all ages. The library offers a safe and clean environment, making it a great place to relax, pick up books for the weekend, or spend time with children. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, creating a positive experience for visitors. On the third floor, there are many books and activities for kids, along with craft packs and puzzles, making it a popular spot for families and children. The library also hosts community assistance services, with helpful staff providing support. Although the building is currently under renovation and has been closed for nearly a month, it remains a good place to cool off and enjoy a variety of resources. Visitors from other places have enjoyed their visits, noting the helpful staff and the safe, organized environment. Overall, the library is a welcoming community hub with a wide range of resources for all.
We're visiting from Texas and I can say my daughter and I love this library. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They have a huge variety of books on the 3rd floor and so many activities for the kids.

Today we came to the library to ring in the new year, check out books, and playdate with friends!!! We had an AMAZING time and got to see some of our favorite librarians!!! ?❤️????????

Very clean and organized, loved the fact that they have a community assistance office on=site...very helpful and she was the sweetest lady, her help was awesome. Definitely a woman that is within her Godly calling.
