Absolutely wonderful experience at this location. Nicki, the manager, was awesome!! She helped me and had me on my way in no time. Will always go back to this location after the terrible service I received at the Geyer springs location.

The manager attitude is horrid (older lady with short dreads) . I came in with two new activations and she acted like I asked for FREE SERVICE. She definitely needs an attitude adjustment. I took my business over on University, TOTAL difference. It’s worth a 5 minute drive to University. I’d avoid this place if I could. I won’t even be back to pay a bill via them.Edit: I changed my 1 star to 3… I always respect when accountability takes place instead of blame.. It was very unfortunate my experience while in the store but I appreciate the acknowledgment. I know every owner expects the best and just maybe I missed out that time. I believe in second chances. I appreciate it… THANK YOU

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE CS!!!We switched over to Metro from Verizon at the start of February. The sales rep tried to fix my phone that I bought at another store less than 3 weeks prior and (it never worked but we were trapped in snowstorm within return window) after 30mins of trying, they were neither able to fix it or replace it with a different one. They told us to take it back to the store we bought it at, for them to try the same thing and they still could not fix it, neither would replace for a different phone. They told us they could only replace it for the same phone (after charging us a fee) even though it was a phone we didn't even initially want, but it was all that they had when we switched. We paid a month of phone service for a phone that didn't even work from day 1 and now they want us to pay for a replacement phone at FULL PRICE and continue paying their monthly fee. NOPE! Switching off these guys ASAP!!!

I wish I could give it a half 🌟 its was a New girl in there she missed up my account and cost me Money the need to get her out of there and she just got there. Please don't go here drive down to the other store they are the best And know what they are doing
