“Great customer service. They checked up on me multiple times throughout the rental period. Great location for blue collar workers that need vehicles that fit most ladders and their work equipment.”
“Chicot Rd in Little Rock locationLaquita had the best customer service . I did not want to use UHaul because of a past experience. But i had no choice, Thank God for this Angel name Laquita, i don't know what i would done without her going that extra mile with being efficient, friendly , upbeat . Unfortunately, i'm still not a fan of UHaul, but definitely would go back to the one on Chico rd in Little Rock. LaQuita i'm not sure if they tell you this but You ROCK , keep being the awesome person that you are and keep delivering first class service .”
“The gentleman working on truck polite and real professional and the gentleman that greeted me was helpful on checking in and polite truck was fixed in about 1 hour and half”

“Oakley Trucking has had several trucks rented from here for a couple of years now. Zack and Elana do a great job. They always seem to come up with a truck when we need it for our owner operators. And Elana does a great job with the paperwork. They make renting a truck simple. Highly recommend.”
“Excellent reefer repair shop! My reefer shut down because of low refrigerant pressure. They diagnosed and fixed the problem fast, I was in and out in just 50 minutes. Amazing people, very professional, and great service. This is an example of how every repair shop should operate. Thank you! 🤠”

“Jaylon Russ is an outstanding employee ..... Knowledgeable and professional. I have used his facility twice and both times have been a pleasure. Kendra Riddick was also there when i picked the trailer up and she was personable, patient and helpful. My appreciation to both and will continue to use them for all my needs”

“I prefer to drive to this Uhaul instead of the ones closer to me. The manager is always accommodating and helpful. The staff always goes above and beyond to make sure I get what’s needed. The night crew is mainly who I experience the most and during the day the manager or a lead randomly but anytime I go it’s a great experience.”
“Have you ever been to a u haul dealership that will go pick you up, bring you to your rental, hook it up, or load your car for you? Need a ride to the airport? Lloyd's going to go the literal extra mile to help customers get what they need. Call him!”
“Just started working with them. So far, so good. I'll update when the sale is completed. I feel confident that the service guys and sales manager will take care of my trailers needs.”
“We were towing a trailer on a summer road trip and needed both tires replaced. Normal U-Hauls don't do that. You have to call roadside assistance and wait several hours for them to show up. Luckily this U-Haul is a full service center and services most of the state's U-Haul equipment. They immediately took care of us and made our work their top priority. These guys saved us HOURS on the side of the road. Yay!! Love these guys!!!”
“Very nice experience from start to finish. Quick processing for renting a truck, and cleaning out a storage unit.
The storage units are clean, climate controlled, and serviced to prevent pests. This assures your items are kept free from infestation, AND won't get hot, cold, nor damp. Lanes and doors are clean and the property is secured by electronic sensors and surveillance.
The truck we rented ran very well, spacious, and practically sterile as far as cleanliness goes. Very fuel efficient, and made transportation a breeze.
The service here is outstanding. Hannah Holloway is the go to gal. She has all the answers to any questions. She was a joy to work with, and very kind.
They also sell propane bottles and will refill, so I'm definitely going to be a returning customer here. If you need a safe and secure place to store your bulk items, propane for equipment or grills, or a vehicle to help you move anything; THIS is THE place to go!”
“Really nice people here, made renting a truck super easy and gave us a discount for a leak in the truck. Ended up being less than $100 for a whole day. Thanks yall!”
“AEL has given me the chance to become what I've always wanted to become. An Owner Operator. Even when things start getting tough AEL is there to help me get back on the road.”
“Brianna was an ANGEL, so patient and helpful, you could tell she really cared and wanted to help us as much as she could. We were in the store for almost two hours but our experience could have been much worse if it weren’t for her. Left 110% satisfied.”

“Manager on duty was so awesome! He explained and helped make my hectic move so much easier!! He was the manger on duty on opening 6/5/26 and 6/6/26. There is nothing that could have been done to improve because my experience with that manager was refreshing during an already hectic move!”
“Never a bad experience but this trip was odd. The GM was there and not super helpful. Just sat there chatting up the female employee. When I returned the trailer, same. Radioed someone else who was running like crazy to do the return instead of jumping in. Was waiting for a bit...”

“Mike was extremely professional and helpful during my last minute walk in( I do apologize Mike about that). It’s been a lot going on and his help was severely needed. I am
Appreciative of Modern Storage ALWAYS.
Ps: Modern storage was the first place I rented when I was making a big girl move.”
