The store is large and well-lit, allowing the colors of the products to be easily seen. Additionally, there are self-checkout stations, which facilitate smooth payment.

I came in with a large balloon order when they were relatively slow but slowly the store got much busier with customers requesting refunds etc. The staff remained curtious and friendly with all the customers coming through (and with me and my balloon order).

1/23/25 Excellent experience today in the custom framing department. JAMIE, an employee, was amazing kind, patient and helpful without ever getting frazzled. I greatly appreciated her help and wonderful attitude.

I love this store because it has all things crafts related plus more. I would say that I would like a bit more variety in item selection at this particular location as it is a bit bare to me. The sales and deals they have had ad of lately has been mind blowing might I add!

I have been shopping at Michaels for at least ten years. I spend $1000's per year at this store. I purchased poster frames thinking they were like picture frames. When I opened one all 4 sides came off. I came to return them and the manager told me I could not get a refund or credit on the opened one. When I said I didn't know the sides came off she spoke to me like I was an idiot because "this is how all poster frames are.". I will no longer be giving my money to this store. Hobby Lobby will be getting my money now. I am also a member and have been one for over 10 years.
