Tristan informed me that they would be able to look at it right away. Cliff the technician guided me into the service bay & reassured that he would have me back on the road shortly. An hour 1/2 later I was heading to Texas. Thank you gentleman for the excellent service & hospitality!!!”

“We were towing a trailer on a summer road trip and needed both tires replaced. Normal U-Hauls don't do that. You have to call roadside assistance and wait several hours for them to show up. Luckily this U-Haul is a full service center and services most of the state's U-Haul equipment. They immediately took care of us and made our work their top priority. These guys saved us HOURS on the side of the road. Yay!! Love these guys!!!”

“Quick, easy, and very friendly experience renting a 15’ truck. Truck was clean and functioned well, but could have used new windshield wipers and the radio did not work at all (we had to drive for five hours, oof).
Saved a lot of time registering on the app first, so I recommend that. Another thing is on the app I pre-registered for a furniture dolly, which the location did not have prepared for me for my visit a few days later. Instead they asked if I would like to buy expensive equipment from them. Wasn’t too much of an incovenience for me (and they took off the dolly charge), but should be noted.
