This is the second problem I have had with the same job I had a regear done on my truck... First problem was a noise I was hearing at certain rpms called up there and basically told me take or leave so a few months later the noise got worse so I called back and he told me well your past your 3 month warrenty well sir I called you about this ame problem 2 weeks after yall completed the job... fast forward to now I have a leak very awkward to have a leak so soon right well the bolt that was put threw the bracket is not the right bolt its not long enough to make contact with the threads and the dooche bag on the phone told me to just go find the right bolt... thats not what I should have to do... rude as all get out... im also going to the better business bureau....

I had a wheel bearing go out on my Jeep Gladiator while I was driving through Little Rock. Thankfully I was only a few miles from this shop. Charlie and his crew went above and beyond to get me fixed and running safely again. They didn’t have the part on hand, but had someone drive across town to get it from their warehouse. While he was getting the part, the crew got to work removing broken bearing so that when the part showed up, it was a quicker fix. I was in and out in under 2 hours from the time I pulled in until when I drove off, which is incredible considering they were working on tons of other vehicles. I can’t recommend these guys enough. Honest, straightforward, genuine folks that care about their customers and do quality work.

DO NOT RECCOMEND!!! Use Toys for Trucks or Cabot Tire and Offroad! Really rude unfriendly condescending and cutthroat like behavior and they try to rip your head off in labor charges!!!! I took a G2 axle housing with the parts from the old axle to them. All they had to do was cut one small bracket off and weld onto the new axle put the parts in the new axle which has nut adjusters to set backlash and carrier bearing preload so you don’t have to even shim which means less time for install and he was trying to tell me 8-10 hours of labor or more at $150/hour!!!!!
It only takes around 4 hours to do a full axle swap from one axle housing to the other and that’s having to dissemble one axle and reassemble it in another! All they had to do was just reassemble the new axle cut and weld one small bracket and trying to charge 8-10 hours of labor($1200-$1500 plus tax)or more that’s highway robbery!!!!

These guys did an amazing job on my lift!!! I love it all the way. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because they mentioned they would shave my mudguards to ensure my new tires didn’t rub.. well they didn’t, but that’s okay because I can do it myself, the bigger tires very much do rub, but it’s okay. They did an amazing job giving my truck some life. I would most definitely bring my future vehicles here. Thank you mud connection!

This place tried to charge me $3500 one time. They said I needed head gaskets, my front end axle was cracked. And I had a leak in my cooling system. This was not the true and I have never had to replace any of the things on my vehicle They were dishonest and it is sad there are bad people in this world.

My experiences here have been fantastic. They did a great job re-gearing my Jeep and were very helpful when I replaced driveshafts on my own and had some issues with pinion nut torque. They were happy to take a look at it and get me on my way. Great service!

I took my Jeep to them to have it re-geared. Not only did they take care of the gears but also informed me that my ball joints and axle u-joints were worn. They replaced the parts with no extra labor cost since they already had the axles apart to do the gears. Upon picking up my Jeep they took there time and explained the gear break in period.I will definitely use Mud Connection in the future as I continue to upgrade my Jeep.

Learn how to use a torque wrench!I recently purchased new tires for my truck and the guy that installed it apparently overtightned my lugs. All 6 broke doing about 75 on the interstate. Good times.

The team at the mud took my 71 ford f100 and completely reworked my front end. They were courteous, timely and we got a great deal. I couldn’t be more pleased!
