These guys did an amazing job on my lift!!! I love it all the way. The only reason I didn’t give five stars is because they mentioned they would shave my mudguards to ensure my new tires didn’t rub.. well they didn’t, but that’s okay because I can do it myself, the bigger tires very much do rub, but it’s okay. They did an amazing job giving my truck some life. I would most definitely bring my future vehicles here. Thank you mud connection!

This place tried to charge me $3500 one time. They said I needed head gaskets, my front end axle was cracked. And I had a leak in my cooling system. This was not the true and I have never had to replace any of the things on my vehicle They were dishonest and it is sad there are bad people in this world.

My experiences here have been fantastic. They did a great job re-gearing my Jeep and were very helpful when I replaced driveshafts on my own and had some issues with pinion nut torque. They were happy to take a look at it and get me on my way. Great service!

I took my Jeep to them to have it re-geared. Not only did they take care of the gears but also informed me that my ball joints and axle u-joints were worn. They replaced the parts with no extra labor cost since they already had the axles apart to do the gears. Upon picking up my Jeep they took there time and explained the gear break in period.I will definitely use Mud Connection in the future as I continue to upgrade my Jeep.

Learn how to use a torque wrench!I recently purchased new tires for my truck and the guy that installed it apparently overtightned my lugs. All 6 broke doing about 75 on the interstate. Good times.

The only place I’ll take my Jeep to get suspension/steering work done. They are honest, knowledgeable, and fast.

The team at the mud took my 71 ford f100 and completely reworked my front end. They were courteous, timely and we got a great deal. I couldn’t be more pleased!

Very glad I took my 4Runner to them. Several other 4wd shops gave me the run around and mis-diagnosed the problems I was having in my front suspension. Brian and the guys determined what I needed and advised me what I needed to do to fix it the right way. Very reasonable prices and fixed all the problems I was having. I will definitely be using them again.

Just had my 4Runner lifted by them! This was my first time lifting any vehicle so I had a lot of questions! They were happy to answer all of them. I also had them do a body mount chop and it looks great! Definitely a good price too. Had my lift and everything done in 4-5 hours!

Super friendly and very knowledgeable. Small lift install along with an alignment on my 4Runner. Didn't break the bank, extremely affordable and good work.

I gave a low star rate but please read my review as THEY DID MAKE EVERYTHING RIGHT!The work they did on the transfer case on my Jeep is fantastic. Their business mechanically is not what made me give a 2 star review, it is the customer service and the issues I ran into that should not have happen. To start off, I am not one to leave many reviews but the issues that occurred with my experience here are issues that I would like to know about if I were a new customer with any business. I’m editing the review I initially left because the business owner has addressed every issue and made it right! On Feb. 14th, I took my jeep to Mud Connection to have the transfer case replaced. The job took longer then expected but with supply chain issues right now, that was understandable. And again they did a great job on the replacement. The first issue I had was on March 24th, when I went to pick the jeep up, they handed me the wrong key. Although the key they gave me did start my jeep, it was not MY key, which had a cord keychain on it. Issue number two was when I went to look in the jeep, there was grease on the passenger and driver side seat covers. When I addressed the issue, Brian at the front desk, said he would look for the key and get me new seat covers. I was totally fine with that solution and trusted him to follow through with his deal. The following Monday I returned expecting to pick up the new seat covers but instead Brian insisted I bring him my old grease covered seat covers in exchange. I agreed and told him I would bring them back. In the meantime, I grew very frustrated with the unprofessional manner Brain was handling the situation and left a review before finishing business with them, which was an obvious mistake on my part.I called to see if they had found my key and Brain said no, then went on to bring up the low rated review that I left and proceeded to handle the situation very unprofessionally.Fast forward, I came back to the business to try and get to the bottom of both issues and Brian said “we still haven’t found your key and we aren’t going to swap the seat covers out.” I asked him, “so Im suppose to just keep the messed up set covers and not get my original key back” and he said, “yes”.This issue was clearly not going to be resolved by the people at the front desk(Brian), so I left the situation where it was and went to find who else was an owner. If you have a problem like this or any issues with Mud Connections, Thomas Blackmon is the person you need to contact. He is very professional and is a true, honest business man. He made sure me seat covers and my key were replaced immediately. All in all, mud connections made it right and I’m happy they did. If your reading this and want to go to mud connections to get work done, by all means go; I’m just telling you my experience and what happened to me.

If you don’t own a Toyota or Jeep, don’t bother taking your vehicle here. Attempted to get a lift put on a GMC Canyon and they failed on multiple occasions either installing the lift or new suspension kit. Had to take it to 4 Wheel Parts to get it corrected.

I have had routine maintenance and a few mods done here on my FJ62 Land Cruiser. They always do quality work with quick turn around. I also like how much they love 4x4s and what they do. I highly recommend.
