I have flown into LIT a few times now and used National Car Rental booked via my work. I just really came here to say that Donna at the National desk is a true gem. She makes the rental care experience a breeze and really makes her customers feel special. Donna if you read this, thank you for making my time in LIT for work so much better. Hopefully I will fly back in again soon and get to work with you again! I am telling everyone at work if they need a rental in LIT, to wait in line for you! Thanks for all you do!

The best service I ever receive when renting cars!!!! I am a frequent renter and whenever I have to rent from another rental company I always compare their service to National Car Rental and so far none have compared or beat out the service and experience I have renting from National!1

Lies!Had a flight delayed into Little Rock airport that was scheduled to land an hour after the rental car facility was scheduled to close. My wife phoned the 800 # and was told they would wait up to two hours after their scheduled time. I also called and was told the same thing.Needless to say when I landed at 0115, they were closed. I called the number again and was told there “should “ be someone there and to look around. I asked if they could call someone and they said they didn’t have a number for them.I had to sit in the airport for seven hours until they opened again just to I could drive two hours for a 10 am interview that I am sure I bombed due to no sleep.

Easy and reliable. Good selection of cars. Fast check- in. I have rented from them once a month for a year. Only once did I have a billing issue on check in & they fixed it on the spot.

Normally I have nothing but good experiences picking up a car at the Little Rock airport but this last trip there were no cars available for me, even though I had made a reservation over a week prior. Not sure why, can assume there were lots of agents renting cars to support the tornado stricken areas around Little Rock. Understandable if that is the case. The disappointing thing was the lack of any support information, instructions or efforts to get me to a motel. There was nothing said about come back tomorrow, or you are are on a list to receive a car by such and such time. NOTHING, other than we are sorry from a person who was clearly not prepared for anything but handing keys out. The next day at 7am I decided to make my way back to the airport in hopes to get a car, waited until 8am to see a person at the desk and who was very apologetic and courteous provided me a car. Companies need to understand they are being judged not for the normal easy routine days but the out of the ordinary upset condition days, National in Little Rock needs to improve greatly for these times.

I have used this place for 10 years and it has been great. Now they get a bunch of new people and the last 3 times 3 weeks in a row it has been horrible. Some of the new people are rude, and they pick and choose who they let get the upgrades. I have the highest status you can get and I have on an average of 60 rentals a year, yet she refuses to let me get my free upgrade. Well it's about time for a change. I might as well go to avis.

Even with a reservation they had zero cars for me and with the last flight in for the evening there were no Ubers or Lyfts available. No one at the desk was willing to help and left me stranded in the airport. Absolutely worst experience of my life traveling for business with the National team at the Little Rock airport

Rented a car at LR airport. Cole did an amazing job there helping me get the car checked in. I have continuously had great experiences like cole in my many rental car experiences through National. They are very fast and friendly at getting you in your car and out of your car back to the airport.

Friendly Customer service and great cars. Would like some more options but I rent weekly so its more of a frequency issue than selection.
