I can understand the challenge of a one man operation.Orignal review before owner's response:Took a half mile walk to grab a ream of paper, they had a sign hanging with the time they would return, waited ten minutes past and still empty.I would recommend calling first!! I could have driven to north little rock and back had I known.Hopefully in the future they will be open, available and have what I need. If that is the case I can improve this rating and review.”
“At my workplace we bought several chairs from Pettus back in 2015. My chair was comfortable and I used it every day for the last 9 years to the point that the seat cushion was all worn out and both armrests broke and where not holding their position any longer. I contacted Pettus Shop to see if it could be repaired and after several checks with the producing company, the manufacturer offered a FREE replacement.
