Stopped by this Old Navy outlet store during a trip to Little Rock. The store was clean and well organized. The staff I encountered during my visit were also nice and friendly. The store did not have much in stock as far as the apparel I was shopping for, which was youth clothing for boys. I was able to find one shirt but that was about it. Still, not a bad clothing store and I would stop by again.

It was the day after Christmas. So super busy shopping time. But the place was a MESS and it was hard to find anything. It was all mixed together.

I went into the store today and ended up with 3 "sale" items that I wanted to purchase. Got to the counter and my first 2 items rang up as they were advertised and marked. The third item, a bathing suit top, not an entire suit, just the top came off of a rack marked 50% off. It was the only top like it on any of the racks, I know because I looked. Anyway the top rang up full price at $39.99. I told the girl at the register where I got it and that it was in with the other 50% off bathing suits and single tops or bottoms. She yelled across the store at who I assume was the manager and asked her to check the price. This girl did not even look at my item, had no clue what it was, walked over by one of the bathing suit racks and she touched nothing, turned around and told the girl at the register "no" and she was going to charge me the entire $39.99. ALL OF THE SUITS IN THIS STORE ARE ON SALE FOR AT LEAST 30% OFF!!!!! I will not be returning to shop here again.

If you didn't know, you should be going into Old Navy with your phone in your hands and a full battery! Look up each item online because it is usually cheaper or a better sale online than in-store and the will price match!! You don't have to pay for shipping or wait!!! This location (Outlets of Little Rock) and Hot Springs both do this
