I would not recommend this nail salon. I called and said that I would be 5 minutes late, which ended up being 11 due to circumstances beyond my control. I walked in and apologized and told them I did not anticipate someone cashing their lottery tickets and then buying 300.00 in tickets, I told them it was taking me longer to get gas then I anticipated in the first place. Well the guy had an attitude, was rude and rough with my hand I get he's upset that I was late, he should've refused to do the service, instead he finally speaks and says it's going to be 40.00 for your fill. Now I've been a licensed stylist for 32 years ok, he's saying I need a new set actually and a new set will be even more. I basically have an overlay. Short barely over the tip of my finger the first fill after the last person that did my nails that was no longer there and I didn't want anyone else there. This guy gets angry with me because I looked him dead in his eye and said are you kidding me, are you trying to tell me that this is 40.00 for a fill with regular polish? He said yes I've got to do a lot of work(bs if that was a lot of work for him, to do his job basically, then he sucks or isn't busy because of his rude narcissistic attitude) I told him you realize that I'm licensed right? He says what does that mean? I told him that means I understand your position and your perspective, however for you to double the price I was told them I'm not doing this. He waited until my polish was off and he had began preparing my nails almost ready to start filling, and he tells me this. This is blackmail first of all, second it's extremely unprofessional and shouldn't be done to ANY customer because a regular client would've had to go through with the price gouging of double the price, however because I'm licensed he did the hard part, I can do the rest. So I told him I'm going to tip you and leave because this isn't right and I'm not paying you 40.00 for a fill. You've got to be kidding me! He doubled down and said what are you going to do, I'm telling you the price now. I told him I'm going to tip you for what you've already done and your time and I'm leaving because I'm not going to allow you to do that to me and pulled out a twenty and put it on his station aka got up to leave , he freaked out because he did not expect me to do that and said no I don't need your money take your money, I told him no I was going to tip you that anyway for being late because I do respect your time and I was late he said no take your money I don't need it. So I took my money and will NOT ever go back and would never tell anyone to go there at least to him. But he never told me his name and I asked him twice in the beginning. I'm not sure about the others in the shop but he's rude arrogant unprofessional and thinks he's the God of nail service apparently! I would not recommend this palace they aren't busy for a reason obviously.....

Customer service was great but my experience wasn’t. While getting my pedicure all the ladies in the shop sat right beside me talking loud which wasn’t relaxing at all. My pedicure felt rushed, and they’re definitely not affordable. Take your money somewhere else ladies. Definitely don’t recommend.

Worst experience froma nail shop ever. I came here because my usual nail salon was booked up. The young lady that did my pedicure didn't seem very experienced. I went in for a pedicure but it didn't seem like one. She took my feet out of the water very quickly. Didn't give them time to soak at all. The job was rushed and the polish was extremely thick and gunky. I asked if she could maybe use thinner or try a different color, she said she had to ask her manager and he refused to do a repaint. Instead, he came over to tell me he didn't see a problem with the polish even after I showed him several imperfections. He asked what I wanted him to do then refused every single request to fix the polish. He basically told me I was making it up. He continuously argued with me then proceeded to rush me out before my feet were even dry. These people DO NOT CARE ABOUT CUSTOMERS AT ALL. I've never felt so disrespected!! I won't be back here again.Service: Pedicure

LISTEN!!!!!!! I met Ali at my job Yesterday!! He said “you’re working at Walmart and don’t have your nails done” LOL and it went from there!! He told me to come to his shop and I did JUST THAT!!! from the time I walked in, til the time I left I LOVED the atmosphere and everyone was soooooo friendly and nice!!!! My nails are BOMB HONEY! toes too, one of the BEST pedi I’ve ever gotten, eyebrows are FIRE!!! I have definitely found my new nail home!!! Y’all please go check them out!!! You will not be disappointed!!! FIRST impressions are everything and baby y’all have officially gained a forever customer!!!!!! I appreciate y’all!!! Ali has never done me wrong in the year that I’ve been going to Paris Nails. He is quick to reply when scheduling appointments and even works me in for a repair if I break a nail! I highly recommend Paris Nails.Services: Gel manicures
