The ladies that helped me on a Saturday morning in July were extremely professional, talented, & kind! They were able to design me two very nice looking balloon bouquets in a prompt manner although the store was busy. I would recommend this store again and again.

Party City on Rodney Parham in LR is the worst store. The employees are rude and the store is not stocked. Don’t waste your time going there.
