If I could give zero stars I would. If anyone is questioning to use this service or not for there move I HIGHLY recommend you do not. We are moving in the same city so they do not have to take the pod very far at all. The day they were supposed to come pick it up they waited till almost 3:00 to contact us to tell us that they would not be there that day to pick it up but could come two days later (which is the day before thanksgiving I may add) and when we tried to get a hold of them to speak to somebody, nobody would answer the phone. The 1800 number guys couldn’t even get a hold of anyone for us…. it’s not worth it. Do not use them.

Darren did an EXCELLENT job swapping out my PODS this morning! Very professional and courteous. I've had a fantastic experience with PODS. This was my first time using them, and I'll definitely use them again.

These guys are your container professionals! I use them for my job several times a month and sometimes even several times a week. Darren is the absolute best! His communication helps me keep my customer's up to date and I always appreciate his willingness to work with me! 10/10 recommend for your storage or moving!

Darren brought 2 pods to my house on 2 separate trips and he was profesional and careful with my household goods…
The thing that struck me the most was his making sure that the pod opened and that nothing shifted during transport to impede that Thank You

Impressive the way the driver had a trailer with one pod and my pod was on the flat bed of his truck. He dropped the trailer before pulling in my driveway with my delivery, inhooked a scaffold looking device holding my pod and walked it into place effortlessly. HOWEVER, I HAD TP RENT A UHAUL BECAUSE PODS CAN ONLY DELIVER TO SPRINGDALE AND LITTLE ROCK. So. if you’re not
moving to either of those two cities, they cannot deliver the container to your new residence.

Local drivers are great! 5 stars Customer service by phone not so much, 2 stars, I made a change to a pick up 7 days in advance and it was repeated back to me correctly but I found out later that the customer service rep didn’t put in the information. Moving is very stressful and this made it even more so. Thankfully the local driver solved the issue but it was an unnecessary situation that caused great stress.

Darren did a wonderful job of dropping off our 2 PODS. He avoided our waterlines and placed them in such a way we could easily unloaded them. He also picked up each of the PODS in a timely manner.

Horrible, DO NOT USE PODS!!! It is well worth any time or extra money to deal with a company that you can actually talk to someone in the office instead of trying to wade through all the automated nonsense. The driver was to call us to place the container in a specific location and they did not. Then wanted to charge us extra money to come back out and put it where it was supposed to go in the first place.
