Popatop offers a competitive selection and decent prices, including sought-after items like specific beers and allocated bourbons. The staff provides very friendly and top-notch customer service. However, the store is in a challenging location with lots of traffic, making access difficult. The building itself is very dingy and has a bad, old rank smell. Overall, it is considered a good experience with really good people, despite the inconsistent neighborhood and condition.
The name speaks for itself who wouldn't want to pop a top if you catch my drift going to slide down on them.

Goin to the liquor store you know what I’m looking for! We need to get beer stamps. And probably weed stamps. If they did that they would probably wind up saving money in the long run
