The workers were nice. A little robotic, but that makes sense since they likely have to adhere to strict protocols. My issue was with the testing equipment. I am not hard of hearing by any means, but the volume on the headphones was far too low. I raised my hand for assistance for about a minute, but no one came. I then walked into the next room and the worker said if it's turned all the way up, that's as loud as it gets. My exam (ESOL) required listening to subtle speech features and this was incredibly annoying. After the test I noticed black particles on my hands. The fake leather coating on the old Koss headphones I was assigned was disintegrating. After the test, the black material was all over my head/hands and it did not come off easily! I managed to get much of it off in the bathroom, but had to wash it from behind and inside my ears when I got home. This is a rag-tag place to test. I know parking can be rough, but do yourself a favor and test at a local college. Avoid this center at all costs!

I’m not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this testing center. They called me to confirm my test the day prior to testing which was reassuring since I had never tested there (and looking at the reviews some might question the thought of testing there). Needless to say, there were no issues with the testing center and the staff was polite and professional. I could not hear the interstate or any other noises during the test as others have described. They provide noise canceling headphones if you wish to use them. Overall, it was a good experience. Don’t be fooled by the negative reviews. It’s a testing center just like any other.

I was worried about taking my praxis test here due to all the negative reviews but it was far too late to reschedule.
The only trouble I had was figuring out how to work this intercom at the front door. The staff was very nice and professional, it was clean, and quiet. The testing room itself was quiet and had noise cancelling headphones! Their office even have complimentary gum! It was honestly a great experience, I even got to take my test early. (Test was scheduled at 10:30am on a Saturday)

Not only worst Prometric testing center in the state, but worst testing center overall. How do these rude and unprofessional people still have a job? In fact, why is this test center totally not shut down so a better one by someone else can be opened?

My husband showed up to take a test was 30 min early and no one showed up. The number they give you to call no one answers. No advance notice. Very unprofessional. This testing center should be shut down. Still no resolution.

I was scheduled to take my Praxis II exam for my teaching certification at this testing center on April 4th, 2023. I show up, and they open 30 minutes late. Myself and a line of people were waiting in the hallway because we were supposed to show up 30 minutes early, like it states on the admission ticket. So we go in and I'm waiting, only to be told by the lady at the front desk that the proxy cache was "failing" to open so I didn't even get to take the test. To make things even worse, the number she gave me to call was totally bogus. So I get screwed out of $130, given a fake number to call and to top it all off I tried calling the testing center after I found out and never got an answer.I am scheduled to take the test at UCA next Tuesday, so wish me luck but I will not be returning to this testing center. Completely unprofessional, rude and bad business practices. I'd rather drive 2-3 hours to another testing site across the state than test here again. Save yourself the headaches and go somewhere else if you need to test.

Terrible company. Waited for 2 1/2 hours with 4 other people for them to show up to a scheduled test. It was incredibly hard to get a hold of anyone from this company.

Cancelling an 8am test at 6am via email due to “operational reasons” while providing no reschedule date is bad business.“Go online to reschedule the test”Actually you can’t reschedule because the system recognizes that the test is being taken. Yes, the same test that you canceled just hours prior to start time. 1 star is simply too high for these circumstances.

They never answer their phones - It always gives a busy tone. Always - 24/7.There are also tons of bad experiences with this place - Why does Prometric insist on letting this barely functioning test center stay open? There are many people like myself who would jump at the chance to do business with Prometric and do a MUCH better job than these people are doing.

Really good experience, the staff was very kind and helpful. I arrived early and checked the place out. My questions were answered and some. The overall place was comfortable and quiet for my testing experience. Everything is easily located near the center. Parking is a bit if a challenge, so I would recommend early arrival.
