They need to advertise their prices because they are great. I went to a free class & and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Was going for a free class, got there late do to traffic and was turned away so make sure you're not coming from far away and on a day where the weather is nice that won't delay you because they already have construcion in the area.

Absolutely favorite place in the world. You become family. And you see changes in your body after 5 sessions!I wish we had one in Conway
