This company has went down over the years.There is never anyone at the front desk,the double schedule people however also advertise and promote quicker check in and out with an appointment vs a walk in,this is false..

Had an appointment at 8am. Got here at 7:50 and had to wait for over an hour. The door was locked and no one was here. Ended up having to call a supervisor to get someone to let us in. Then they proceeded to make us wait and people who had appointments after me were getting in first. This is absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Would not recommend.

I waited over 15 minutes (I had an appointment, and arrived on time), but then the actual blood collection was a piece of cake, and she was very nice.

They have a kiosk that is very intuitive to get logged in. The lab technician was very kind and knowledgeable.

Worst experience ever. This lab you have to check everything because they do not effectively do their job. I am a veteran and they lost my samples multiple times. They made the process very difficult.
They almost turned me around saying I didn't have a patient order and it was sent 24 hours in advance.

I had an appointment this morning at 7:40. No one was there. Door locked, no one answered when I knocked. What a sorry state of affairs we have in this country nowadays when even medical offices can't hire employees who can be relied upon to open the business on time. We've come to expect this from convenient stores and the like, but for some reason it's quite disturbing when you discover it has also spread to services that affect our very health and well-being.

Don't go here for anything they are the slowest place I've been to. It took 2 hours for me to do a drug test and there were only 3 people ahead of me doing blood draws.

Never again in life will I ever take another COVID test there again!! I took a COVID test last Wednesday and they assured me the results would be available within 24hrs via the quest portal well, six days later and still no results ??♀️??♀️??♀️ quest portal is still showing test in progress! If I had COVID I’m sure it’s gone now!!!

They are NOT open until 4:30. It took TWO DAYS for them to “get” orders faxed in to them, with confirmation. Don’t use this place.

Staff are unwelcoming, seem like they hate their jobs. Being the only person in the office, it still took them 30 minutes past my appointment time to call me back. then refused to give me a COVID test because I already tested myself at home. Said "Since you tested positive we can't give you a test to confirm your home test." when asked why, the answer was "Just because we don't"

Super quick in and out for labs! Downloaded the Quest app and can schedule and modify appointments easily. Kanisha has been great from start to finish. She’s friendly and caring and has been able to find a vein with one try every time, which hasn’t been the norm with others.

Needs a receptionist. Nobody behind the counter to help. Attempted to sign in and the scanner would not scan any of my items in. Sure robots can be coast effective, but some jobs can’t be replaced.
