Made an appointment, arrived on time, and checked in. Was left waiting for 30 minutes with no communication on when I would be seen. Gave up and left. Will not return to this location.

Waited for hours to get seen! We had an appt. For 2:10 finally got called back at 3:30 After making a scene!! Ridiculous!! Sandra Vincent!

Easy to navigate online appointments, sign-in when arriving was fast and easy. My appointment was over within 15 minutes.

Very quick to get in without an appointment. Very sweet phlebotomist. Parking a bit of a chore. A stand-alone clinic would make it easier for the public.

Not sure what the point of making an appt is when you still sit there for an hour waiting while walk ins get called back before you do. All quest locations are like this. There’s no one at the window and no way to get ahold of anyone. Literally a nightmare if you have to go there for anything.

What’s going on in this lab years ago was an excellent place to lab work now it’s terrible all people arguing because they do t get help on time employees don’t want to help patients it’s horrible and they don’t have a person on the front window I’m just surprised to how horrible this place is turning to it hope management make more changes to help people better

Worst check-in experience. Room is tiny and smells really bad. No one here to check in people with actual orders. Pre-op patients should not be sent here. Disgusting.

Words can not describe the hate I have for this fubar company. I am just wishing everything that happened to me (stroke, kidney failure, and other complications) happens to one of the jerkoffs running quest diagnostics. I hate them SO MUCH and their stupid rules. Plus, we shouldn't have to wait 15 min for someone to enter their data into the self check in. They're so lazy, they don't have someone at the front anymore. If I can just get the supplies, I can take my own blood sample and send it out.
