Worst check-in experience. Room is tiny and smells really bad. No one here to check in people with actual orders. Pre-op patients should not be sent here. Disgusting.

Words can not describe the hate I have for this fubar company. I am just wishing everything that happened to me (stroke, kidney failure, and other complications) happens to one of the jerkoffs running quest diagnostics. I hate them SO MUCH and their stupid rules. Plus, we shouldn't have to wait 15 min for someone to enter their data into the self check in. They're so lazy, they don't have someone at the front anymore. If I can just get the supplies, I can take my own blood sample and send it out.

Almost a 3hr wait. Asked 2 different employees about how long so I’d know. Both said they would check schedule and come back to tell me. Never saw them again. So disorganized. Uses a kiosk to check in which is terrible. Especially for the elderly

What’s going on in this lab years ago was an excellent place to lab work now it’s terrible all people arguing because they do t get help on time employees don’t want to help patients it’s horrible and they don’t have a person on the front window I’m just surprised to how horrible this place is turning to it hope management make more changes to help people better

Really needs to update what they will & will not do. Walk-ins OK. They DO NOT DO pre-employment urine drug screens. They will dourine drug screens for therapists, Psychiatrlst, etc. The check-in is SO unorganized. The program should reflect what can be done at this location... Shifts you off to a different location where they do pre-employment screening. I don'tneed or want that.

Service was prompt but not professional. Lab tech was on a personal phone call during my entire visit.

At the office it was good, but my appointment was made through the VA and I couldn't get a person on the phone to ask questions about my appointment. There is an option press 6 to talk to an operator but it just repeats the same sentence twice then hangs up. The only way to get a person is talk to the billing department and they transfer to another menu that you also can't talk to a person and ask questions. All I needed to know was what tests they were going to do so I could see if I needed to prepare in any way because the VA doesn't tell you what all test they schedule you for

Showed up without and appointment and they got to us right away. My son had a ton of labs to be drawn that aren’t your run on the mill labs and the tech took the time to ensure that everything was entered properly. They were so friendly and accommodating and did a great job drawing his blood. Absolutely no complaints!

The staff that worked on me were incredible. I have very deep veins and am a notoriously bad stick. My doctor ordered 20 vials of blood to be drawn, and I was understandably nervous. Other lab places have stuck me multiple times, found nothing, and told me to go home—all over 1 vial. At Quest Diagnostics, they stuck me once, got a vein immediately, and got all 20! That’s unheard of for me. The staff were very kind and courteous and made me feel at ease. Additionally, the entire place was neat & clean, and followed covid protocols. Definitely a 5 star experience!

I have attempted to speak directly to a representative through the automated system for a simple question and I believe that quest does not allow you to speak to anyone live. Additionally when you attempt to communicate this concern to quest corporate you cannot send feedback in any easy to comprehend manner.

The lady who drew my blood was very caring, gentle, and understanding. I had just got out hospital and my veins were swollen and bruised from so much previous blood draw. She took her time and got it right as well as keeping me calm.....don't remember her name, but she was good.

I prepaid for a test online, arrived for appointment, and then they said they could not do it and to cancel my appointment. They are keeping a cancel fee out of my refund. They cancelled, not me. Their customer service is a joke. No one cares or gets anything done. Typical of most health care facilities. They want to portray that they are trying to help you, but they really just want to do the bare minimum, steal every dime they can get, and then shut you up.
