A few months ago there were some fraudulent activities in my account that could have cost me thousands of dollars. But I'm so glad that Regions Bank had the expertise to investigate the situation and refunded my funds.

The bank manager Sandra is terrible, some one took $1700 out of my account and they can't tell me when, what, who, or how I called her to check the status of my claim and she told me that she'll get back with me later evening because she was dealing with a customer as if I'm not a customer already... Once I get my money back I will not be doing any banking nor business with regions bank at any location they have... It's sad I've been with arvest for years and nothing like this happened so far.

Do not waste your time attempting to bank here, your wait time will always exceed 10 minutes. Extreme deliberate POOR service.

ATM is always broken, hard to deposit money after close when the only cash machine is down all the time.

I got an overdraft fee on an account I don't use; when I tried to transfer money to that account, the mobile app was giving me an error. I was out of the state so I couldn't remedy the situation. When I contacted regions and offered the screenshot of the app error, they told me that since I had an overdraft fee waived in July 2017 (haha), they would not waive the fee. I've had a lot of trouble with Regions, but this is the final straw. Just opened a new account at another bank and will be closing my account at Regions. Avoid this bank.

Poor, poor, poor customer service. Friday, noon, and only ONE teller!!! The line was literally at the entrance, forming an 'L', in the smallest lobby.
