I have been A customer of Regions bank for many years. I can honestly say I have never had a dispute with them. They have always been right. My account has been hacked a couple of times & they notified me really quick to ask if that was me because it wasn't my usual buying procedural.

I was very pleased with the Branch Manager (Ms. Paul) as she assisted my daughter in opening a student checking account. Ms. Paul took the time out to get to know my daughter and as it turned out, they had much in common. She provided information and experience regarding the HBCU she attended as my daughter is also interested in attending an HBCU. My daughter (who isn’t easily impressed - she’s a teenager - lol), mentioned how she enjoyed speaking with Ms. Paul. I give this location 5 stars!

I tried to get change for my 20's into 5's and they said they didn't have any. So I asked about 10' or 1's they said they were out of those as well. My wife who was with me at the time is now considering canceling her account with them. A bank shouldn't be with out cash. It is useless to have a bank without cash time was 11:31AM .

Worse bank ever with the rudest tellers... stood in line for 20 minutes tried to get change and was told with a rude attitude that they couldn't help me because I didn't have an account with them.
