I had my first Regions visit with Bridget Aaron at the West Little Rock branch. She assisted with setting up my initial checking account, plus advised me about additional banking options that Regions offers.She is very knowledgeable, polite, and passionate about her job and relationships with her customers. I left knowing I just made a friend and business partner!

I have had Regions for many years. I was happy until I opened a credit card with Bridget at the Rodney Parham location. She slightly misled my boyfriend and myself regarding the point system a few months ago. We went in today to figure out why we couldn’t pay online or even setup an online banking account and a couple other issues. Once again she was rude. She was silent the entire 45 minutes we were there unless we asked her questions- just stared at her computer. When we asked about the points system, she kept repeating herself in a defensive way even when I said it was my confusion with my other bank. (It wasn’t, I was trying to de-escalate the situation) She actually repeated the same sentence nearly 7 times!?! Word for word. She couldn’t solve our issues - yes multiple. Should have never opened this account and wish I didn’t stop in this location. I hope she gets customer service training…

We opened a business account with the branch on North Rodney Parham. They are some of the most friendliest and professional people we've met in banking. They take the time to listen to our concerns and resolved our issues. I highly recommend to any our our colleagues and friends.

This is a very good region bank! Bankers were nice and friendly, they weren't too crowded when I went, and took care of my problem very quickly, and act like they really cared! 100% great customer service, the only knock I have on them is their ATM is closed from 12Am-5am, or always seems to be down when I need to withdraw money forcing me to find another Region ATM.

I've had a check on hold for more than 10 days. And I've yet to get my money still!!! I can handle my business independently. This is the worst financial institution ever! Only thing you're good for is a hard time. Give me my money!!!!!

No public bathroom? I asked person why not? Than she rudely replied that "we want to protect our customers from public" its so very stupid, I am a customer and I was depositing a check. I will make a complain to their headquarters also.

Can I just say how amazing this bank is. Especially Glenda I walked in with so much stress and worry since my wallet had been stolen and she helped me so much. She never gave up not to mention how sweet she was. We had great conversation and I walked out not only being help (way beyond what she needed to) but feeling stress free and even happy. Thank you so much for being the best bank I have ever been with!!

I wish I could give Regions ZERO STARS... When I opened up my account there I was happy. However, we never received our debit cards. I went into the branch and it was because they didn’t have our apartment #. We gave it to them. Thought all was well since they printed them for us in the branch. A week later I travel 800 miles on the way back to Arkansas I stopped for gas my card didn’t work. I called the branch frantic. I see the funds but what’s going on with my card. They tell me oh we don’t have your signature on file and apparently the branch had a “inside” situation going on with their employee and all “their” particular accounts are being reaccessed. Which mine fell under one of “this employees” accounts or actions. They had us come into the bank and find comb our documents. Once they seen we were simply victims or “stuck in the middle of their mess”. They tried to rectify by offering us a “NEW” account. I said, NO the experience of all the back and forth. Stranded in the middle of no where. Absolutely not. However, the frozen funds. The manager claims it’s in the mail. Well I told her once again. The apartment number is NOT on the voided check you guys mailed. She said, it’s doesn't show up on checks (hummm) and we will get it. Week and a half later NOTHING. I’m so tired of this bank. I just want what’s mines and be done with it. My experience was HORRIBLE. There is no cooperate office so don’t bother escalating an issue. Your going to get sent into a branch. Horrible experience all the way around. I’ll never bank here EVER. I’m not saying don’t use them but just make sure they do it right cause if anything goes wrong. It’s will not have a timely or respectable resolve.

I made it to the bank just three minutes before they were supposed to close at 5PM at the drive thru on a Friday and surprise.... closed already. Very frustrating....
