Veronica was very rude and inconsiderate of my needs. I most likely will not be returning to this location or any location, it's sad to try to spend money with these companies and they treat you like you're nothing.

Due to the inclement weather we understood that they cannot deliver they had our billing address down as a shipping address they never verified were they were even delivering so the dispatch lady called her manager and he said cancel our account since they went to our billing address instead of our new address lack of communication on their part thank you here If you go to Rent-A-Center don’t go to this one

I called to check on the Nintendo switch that I preordered online and payed for and was told that the reason I was not contacted today, as I was told online Is because “they don’t have any Nintendo switches”. I requested a refund due to rep stating that no other locations have it either. But how unprofessional is it to NOT CALL OR OFFER REFUND WHEN NOTICING MY ITEM ISNT IN STOCK?
