545 skyline Dr, Conway ar has the nasty bathrooms we have ever seen. I've reported this to the clerks many times they tell me it's been cleaned well its so foul when you walk in you have to try to hold your breath and cover your nose. it's horrible. bathroom can be smelled inside the food area. it's bad bad bad. men's bathroom is nassty. been this way at least a year. a full year and none can deep clean even w a pressure washer if needed but this is bad. please correct

Sold expired items and then the cashier argued with me about returning/exchanging them. She claimed it was their policy that once you walked out the door (which I did about 3 feet) they do not offer exchanges or returns. Cashier also claimed they did not have a customer service number and that I would have to talk to the store manager who would be there the next day 6AM. I sarcastically asked the cashier if it was there policy to sell expired good and she abrasively replied with “Yes, it isâ€

I visited this gas station after work yesterday. I went in to purchase a couple of Limearitas. When I approached the counter, the cashier Sonya (manager) asked me if I was with a guy that was previously in there attempting to purchase alcohol without an ID. I explained to her that I was not, in fact, there to make a purchase for anyone but myself and assured her that I was not in the company of another. She was extremely rude and hostile. As she rang up the Limearitas, I asked her why she was being so rude to me. At this point, she slammed the Limearitas on the counter and refused to allow me to make my purchase although I had my ID in my hand.

I do no appreciate being treated with such disrespect and hostility based on an assumption that was made by an employee. I would recommend avoiding this gas station unless you want to be mistreated by an angry, hostile employee.
