Melissa C and her team at Ron Pack are AMAZING! She is always prompt to respond to text messages and emails. She is also very punctual for her appts, as well as her installers. She handles all of the flooring for our rentals and does an excellent job every time! I highly recommend her and her crews!

Had an excellent experience with Ron Pack Carpet Center from the minute I walked into the store. From the sales person Cara, to the final install with Daniel, just wonderful. Outstanding costumer service, Kara, made an extra evert dealing with Insurance and distributors and got me an amazing deal on the vinyl flooring and even worked with mean arranged for the flooring to be laid on a Saturday. I highly recommend Ron Packs, Ask for Kara she'll take care of you
