I go to rue 21 get a pair of jeans for what I thought was $12.99 and get to the register and she's says they are $15.00 and wouldn't honor the price it says and I ask for the manager and she was happy to say I am the manager and just removed the 12.99 price and I had to get sweaters myself with the long rod she could not check me out because she stated she doesn't have change and couldn't go to the bank the manager is rude she keeps ear buds in her ears and ignore you and she needs some serious training

Clothes and options great. Employees and customer service are trash. I waited 15 or so minutes just for the girl to come check me out (she was just messing around the dressing room and saw me waiting) while the other two employees sat and stared at me. Then they tried to charge me for both the shirt and shorts in A MATCHING SET. The set was tied together and everything. I finally just said I only wanted the shirt. She clearly heard me but proceeded to take the shirt off of my ticket. After I repeated myself she took forever to fix it. In all I think it took over 30mins just for them to get me checked out. Working in fast food I always try to be patient and have grace but this was ridiculous. They need to get it together.

I went in there to buy Christmas presents for my 4 daughters. I took some pj's (sets) to buy. The tag clearly says 14.99 for 2 piece set they rung it up and it came to 21.86 I asked how when the tag clearly says 14.99 2 piece set. She then gave me some garbage about changing over systems and I was getting it cheaper than it was suppose to be.. I of course left without any thing, I didn't want to make trouble but I will report it..

Not really a store for my style but the staff are friendly and know their store. They did have a lot of options though from pants to shirts to jackets and everything in between. I figure somebody under 30 would find something to their liking here easy
