Go to Ulta instead. They never ever have anything you need. They only get shipments like once a week and before you can get anything it’s all sold out. The employees act like they don’t want to help you and they all stand around talking to each other. They could not give me an estimate when something would be back in stock. It’s the only Sephora around here so they should stay stocked. They should be getting shipments daily. Also 10 year olds should not be in here buying makeup or skincare.

Mold in the Fenty beauty glosses. What the **** are they even doing here if it's that disgusting? Are you serious? I travelled 2 hours to experience an actual Sephora store, to find white fluffy cloud mold in the "try me!" Glosses. I wouldn't even use it on the ground, never the less on the back of my hand.

Even though they are always busy the associates are always friendly and helpful.
It’s difficult finding parking at no fault to them that’s the location, but they don’t monitor the designated pickup spots and that is frustrating when I do mobile orders and see people come out without any items. Believe me I’ve sat and waited or happen to walk up when someone finally comes out without any items nothing. The store across from them does a great job always an empty spot.

This Sephora is RUDE, and makes me want to stay away from ANY SEPHORA! The workers are rude and run around the bush when you need help. I asked to sit at the mirror and the lady who was doing someone makeup told me yes, then another women comes and tells me this is for paying clients who are getting their makeup done. I will stay at Ulta where they have little stations for tester make up. They’re sweet and make you feel welcomed. Will never step foot back into this or probably any sephora!

I like the store. I like the products. But there is one staff member that I will try to avoid. This person has messed up my account already once and this last time they tried to convince me my gift card was used on my purchase when in fact the total was not reduced. I refused to pay until the total reflected the reduced total. She reluctantly got the manager to help out. Watch everything they ring up because she had my gift card and was trying to get me to pay and I assume keep the card for herself.

i'm asian, i went to buy perfume at sephora, when i decided to buy it, the staff told me are you sure to buy it, so are you thinking i can't afford it, i don't have right to buy it, it's funny for a waiter to discriminate against me

Whatever you do, do NOT open the stock drawer to check for your shade because you will be chastised as if you are a child trying to sneak cookies out of the jar (even though said drawer is so chock full and the product selection just above is missing 80% of the stock). If they were just busy with customers, I might've been more understanding, but what I observed were groups of employees 'busy' in groups chatting, not helping costumers. There was one young lady offering perfume samples who seemed happy to help and without the snotty attitude that seems to prevail at this location. It's not always what you say so much as HOW you say it. Sadly, this is not the first time I've been met with condescending sales staff at this location. I won't be back. I took my patronage to Ulta.
That said, the store is clean, and there are some brands here that aren't available at Ulta. These positives are not enough for me to return.

They ignore me when I ask for help,they never check the under-stocks when you ask for something that you want and some of them when they answer you they rude
I’m a usual client who always spend money every time that I come to this store and two of the employees tail me every time I go in like they think I’m gonna steal something
All need to hire people who like what they do for work,Some of them don’t care about help costumers they just talking each others like they are in a meeting
I wish all have some Manners like ulta they give you help, space and you feel comfortable when you shop there

Went to get makeup for a family vow renewal ceremony. Even though my color match didn’t work, Karen helped me choose some good options and was also helpful picking out items on sale.

Thank you Gianni & Morgan!! Both were so helpful and super sweet!! Gianni was very resourceful and it was amazing having another POC color match my foundation CORRECTLY! Morgan went above and beyond to show me multiple different products and really took the time to understand her client and their needs.

It's one of my favorite stores. Very large inventory and great products. Clean store, great prices, and attentive staff.
