How does a person access handicap help?
I have been using this station because of easy in and out from busy streets but cannot any longer even open my gas cap myself.

Tiny little convenience store. It used to be much larger, but they tore the building down and moved it over, rebuilding a tiny kiosk, rather than convenience store that you can enter
