The employees are friendly enough. But I think maybe their machines aren't calibrated correctly because we never get colors that match the SW swatchs.
We had to ask the employee to put the sample paint colors on the outside of the can lid, which he reluctantly did (he didn't dry them with a dryer like other stores do). Neither color looked like the correct color while wet (a shade lighter and brighter and just wrong). The employee just ignored us while we deliberated about it and seemed to roll his eyes like we were just being picky. We decided maybe the paints would dry darker and the right color and brought the paints home. And long story short, they didn't dry the correct color.
This was the second time this happened to us. The paint being about 40 bucks a can makes this unacceptable. Burned twice, there won't be a third time. 🔥

Nice knowledgeable staff, good products. Wish they sold commercial products here too (I love the Kem Aqua line), but I understand you can't do everything everywhere.
