I was greeted by Cyinthia today. She asked me to wait a few minutes as she prepared to help me with my account concerns. Everything was updated and corrected in less than 10 minutes, including waiting time. Thank you Cyinthia. You're awesome!!!

Non customer here. Last week, I needed a check cashed and had the sweetest girl help me out. In the past, I’ve found customer service to be lacking but she was nice and helpful. Thank you Whitney!
