Acting Little Rock Colony West Branch Manager Caleb Walker completely resolved my financial issues in a most expeditious manner last week. Caleb is honest, forthright, diligent. Despite being understaffed currently, Caleb makes the best of any situation and strives to give each and every customer excellent service, as well as respect. Caleb impressed me as very professional and capable—a very nice person and a valuable asset for Simmons Bank.

They are always looking for reasons to deny cashing a check. I don't have these problems with other branches, despite it being "policy". I'd appreciate a little respect after being a customer since 1999 and for them to quit acting like a $100 check is going to going bankrupt them.

I had just left Simmons on Financial Parkway and came to the one on Rodney Parham just to find out the same thing. I was told they didnt have any ones, tens, nor fives. ?♂️

I visited this location right before closing time trying to receive a new debit card because mine was stolen. I explained to the teller the situation . He stated our machine is down it's almost closing time and he was very rude .Never going here again!!!!. This experience made me want to change banks period!!!!
