My husband just got out of Arkansas Surgical Hospital and he needed a pair of the slip on tennis shoes. He couldn’t get out of car. I went into store and the wonderful salesman Allen walked out to my car with me so my husband could try them on . And needless to say I purchased a pair of the tennis shoes. Allen was very helpful and nice

So I am looking for a show that fits my foot well and I almost always end up at Sketchers even though my favorite has been New balance for years. The store is clean and had plenty of selections. I really like the feel of the new slide in shoes. I tried on several pairs and found them to be the best just need to have extra wide and that made it hard to find ones I wanted. Looking online they don't have the colors I like either. Store had a great sale on and I will probably end up going back.

Went in to just have a look at things. Their selection of styles is pretty good and the store was very organized. This made checking out the selection quick and painless. The employees were quick with a hello but didn't crowd me which was good. They also had some new loafers that were calling to me so I'm probably going to be back.

Ok been loyal skechers customer and probably buy from this location atleast once a year. But today the customer service was beyond amazing. I went to exchange some items in the store next door for my wife who was stuck at work. Decided since my gowalks where starting to no longer have tread ill look at a new pair. While on the phone wirg my wife I go to checkoout. Lady says everything is bog. Wife said get her a pair. Instant panic sets in. Wife's on speaker phone and says pixk me something cute. Cashier says I got this give me the phone. Give her the phone and she said you just told a man to get you cute shoes I got u. . Video calls my wife n she took care of everything. I didn't catch her name but late 20s early 30s black lady oh how I love you for helping me. Truly great experience

My husband and I were in this store on Black Friday 2022. We were both approached several times by the same SA that was hostile, rude and aggressive in her approach to us. She barked out requests to help us. It is as if she was mad to be working. I was comparing a display shoe with a stock shoe and she practically lunged at me to get her 'display shoe" away from me yelling 'What size do you need"?!!! It was a very rattling and uncomfortable experience.

Disappointment. They don't have near the inventory like what you see on the Webb site. It's like special made shoes just for the discount store. My sister found one pair. The rest looked cheap. And out of the typical size shoes. Very limited.

I went in looking for a pair of nicer shoes like my old pair that wore out, but I guess my old pair is too old. They no longer have any shoes like them. They did have a few pairs of dress shoes that the kind staff directed me to.They have lots of good casual every day shoes.

They have some pretty good deals here. The store is clean and organized. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
