To be forced to purchase insurance in a rat infested dump only to have management deny damage to all of your property even when you sent them photographic evidence of water damage, rat infestation, and they have the audacity to tell the insurance company that they forced you to purchase that they can find an damage to your unit. I will not store garbage here.

The facility was easy to access and the grounds were clean. The unit itself was clear of items and roomy. The concrete floor could use a little power washing to remove some of the oily looking streaks. Looks like someone may have stored a small car, motorcycle or some type of ATV that was leaking oil. Not ideal for storing items like mattresses but everything else was great. My items were safe and I did not encounter any issues. The location was also easy to find. On the initial visit, no one was ever in the office there. I made four trips that same day. I had to call corporate. I tried a week later and still no one in office. That could have been due to current changes. I don’t know. I would use this facility again.

Came in to rent a unit and had an amazing experience! Josalin was super helpful and made the whole process easy. The place is clean, feels safe, and the prices are reasonable. Definitely recommend if you need some extra storage space.

Soapbox is the storage of my choice!
In November 2025, I needed a storage and I chose Snapbox. I wanted somewhere quiet, clean and affordable and great management. I placed my items in two storages and that was the greatest choice i ever made. Months later i received a letter stating Snapbox was changing ownership to Go Store It self storage and that was fine with me! I later went by the storage to get some items and met the manager. Shout out to Jocelyn, I welcomed her and I felt right at home! After a couple conversations with her i had changes that we had discussed and they were immediately taken care of. I wasn't sure what all the complete changes were so i decided to give the call center a call. I thought i'd be on hold forever, but little did i know it was only a few minutes of being on hold. And to my surprise the most wonderful call representative Laura answered and i told her what I needed to clarify and sure enough she went to work making sure everything was handled in a most kind and efficient manner. That's what i'm talking about! Next time you need some real superb and outstanding results wait on line for Laura. Thank you for your time and knowledge. You made me feel right at home too, and with that i give you a 16 on your survey. I just want to say if you want a great storage space where it is safe and secure you can trust Go Store it! I almost didn't want to give up the space, but it was time. Thank you Go Store It, you did that!

If I could give this a negative star I would! My problem with them is that everytime you call them they don’t ever answer!!!! I been calling for two weeks straight about my unit I’m renting there under my husband name! And now everytime I speak with the operator they say we no longer have an existing account. We been waiting for a gate code for two months!! Nobody will ever call us back or email us. I’m very disappointed about this place!

The lack of communication from management is ridiculous. Storage unit was broken into several weeks ago. I had no idea until I needed acess. Responding officer informed me I wasn't the only one and someone was suppose to contact me. Stuff was stolen still no word from them or insurance. They are quick to charge the rent though. I have called and stopped by the facility with no luck. I needed to clean up the unit to make a detailed list of what was stolen. To my surprise my code was not working and my account was closed without notice. I've lost money , time and my items. Hope someone sees this and actually does something about it. This is my last resort before taking legal action. Avoid the headache.

We came by on a Wednesday at 10 a.m. and no one was on property to see about renting a unit. I'd call ahead before coming here to see that the manager is here to rent a unit from. Do you no good showing up here when they're supposed to be open but they're not.
