Doesn't keep accessories stocked. Instead, they'll try and sell overpriced alternatives. Some reps there act like they don't care if they actually sell you what you want. Other than that, it's ok.

This is the worst location ever my grandmother is a senior citizen who has been with the company for years on November 5th me and my mother gave her money for a phone for her birthday while she was there she was adv that she was eligible for an iphone 15 with the cord and the charger for Free with the promotion while in the store she ask the sale representative 3 times if her bill will remain $55 because she knows her budget and what she could afford and he assured her yes also he never went over a break down with her the only thing he adv was the phone would take 2 hours to transfer everything over so she left and came back and when she came back she never signed anything nor was told on a break down just that the phone is ready and she is good to go well comes November 30th her auto payment came out of 126.00 she immediately went into the store the next day which was Dec 1st just for them to tell her that her bill has increased by $58 so the manager Zack adv her he would escalate this to the store manager tyson and he will reach back out to her between Friday and Saturday which was December 1 or December 2 also the African-American female that works in there told her that the guy who helped my grandmother was new and that he had expressed to management that he wasn’t ready to sale just yet ! well my grandmother never heard anything for tyson so today December 3rd after church me and my grandmother went to this location just for Zack to tell her that Tyson said “ there nothing they can do for her “ keep in mind he was supposed to call her but has told Zack thats if she comes back in store to tell her this my grandmother was very upset and wanted to speak with someone else so Zack told her another Corporate store was the outlet mall just for us to drive from University to Basspro and waste gas the people at that location was very understanding and adv that they could tell this sale was not done correctly so we leave and go back to university just for Zack to basically call my grandmother a liar and say he said chenal location she said for corporate number he just adv her 1800 tmoble THIS HAS BEEN THE WORST L DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY NO ONE IS WILLING TO ADMIT THAT THIS WAS A COMPANY ERROR AND IS NOT WANTING TO FIX WHAT THEY HAVE DONE i would not recommend this company or store to ANYONE !!!

Went in to get a warranty replacement for my scratched screen protector, no questions asked and out the door in 15 minutes. Troy and his crew did a great job making sure everyone that walked got helped.

I want to to take the time out my busy schedule to write this review and say a huge shout out to key at this store he went above and beyond today and helped us out and made sure we got what we wanted that is great customer service and if you need a phone or looking come holla at key at T-mobile five stars all the way

I went there to see if they could remove the ads that kept coming on my phone, even when I was using my GPS! A guy there fixed it. He sure knew what he was doing.

Very disappointed how I was over charged for assessories to my phone I call costumer services and they adjusted my credit card I didn’t want to return to this store and the supervisor is in on taking people money I also mad a complaint all I can say is be beware .. Do your homework when leaving

Kiyanah is absolutely fantastic and I cannot say enough good things about her—she really helped me and my mom and went to bat for us with our situation. She was not only incredibly professional, she was patient and very kind. What could have been an absolutely horrible day (we were in the store for literally 8 hours), she helped make so much better.Other employees at this location were also VERY helpful and completely understanding the entire time we were there. I am extremely pleased with how they helped us.Thank you!!

I didn't get the phone I set out to get. Didn't want to pay $1000 for a phone and my previous phone didn't qualify for an upgrade. A few of the phones that I wanted to choose as an alternate wasn't in stock due to low inventory from no sales tax weekend. Transfer of information didn't complete because phone went dead which I didn't understand until after getting home that the battery doesn't show a percentage but just the picture. Having problems with the phone purchased so have to go back soon to have them troubleshoot.

The service I had coming up to t-mobile 2 woman help me out a lot I appreciate y’all queens a lot for the help and going above y’all way to get back activated with my iPhone actually took their time and don’t rush because they understand their customers situation I appreciate y’all two a lot

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATIONAll I wanted to do was port my number. Rude sales guy charges me $40 for a sim card, $65 for a plan, and gets mad when I say I would cancel if I didn't like it because he wouldn't get commission, so he reversed the order and wouldn't serve me.

I attempted to return a Tmobile 5g home internet gateway to this location after I was told I could take it there by customer service. The store associates stated I would need to call customer service back and mail it in. After receiving the prepaid shipping label, I sent the item back several months ago. I'm now being billed as if I hadn't returned it. I provided the tracking info to customer service multiple times and they will not remove the charges. They have promised to remove it 3 times now. I have given up on trying to get this resolved on the phone and have now filed a complaint with the BBB. If this store would have taken the device back (I was told it was a Corp store) this mess could have been avoided.
