Dr Barron and his staff are just wonderful, shout out to ALL of them. I have lost two in one year and they were extremely accommodating in their last months. They are thorough in my other two dogs current care as well. I have been going here for eleven years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Dr Barron has worked with my baby for the last 10 years. Awesome staff that is very professional. I had to put her down today, Dr Barron and his staff went well above beyond to comfort us and accommodate our needs. Would definitely recommend these kind folks.

Excellent vets. Have been using this clinic for over 30 years. Comprehensive services. Vets. explain conditions in detail.Still only doing curb-side check-ins for pets; pets are brought inside by clinic staff while owners wait in car. Vet. phones you before you leave w/ his findings.Clinic states it is an animal hospital; however the last time I checked it doesn't have overnight staffing. I would be reluctant to leave my pets here for that reason.A bit expensive. $53 for vet. visit; no clinic charge for service if pet seen by vet. technician only---you will pay for cost of medication only.

These people struggled to carry my dog while he was sedated and so they held him upside down BY HIS ANKLES as if he was a dead hog. Never seen anything like it. And the moment I voiced concerns about theyre revolving door of front desk staff repeatedly not relaying messages they told me to take my records and find another vet. Miserable, money hungry DESPICABLE people. Hope their habits catch up with them and that they are treated as carelessly recklessly and disrespectfully as they treated my animal. Consider this me virtually spitting in their face.

So I just started using this place. My dog is very timid and nervous ( she’s a chihuahua) these people are the example of what professionalism is all about. They know how to handle all dogs and take time to let the dog warm up to them. Dr Barron is stellar as well as his staff! He takes time to meet with you in person and explain in great detail the issues and answers all questions. You can just tell that he cares about all animals and their quality of life. I’m so happy that my dog has a wonderful doctor. Pets deserve to be treated with respect just like humans do. It’s nice to have a place in town like this one. They respect their animals and it shows!!!!! Perfection!

Dr. Barron goes the extra mile with my 16 year old dachshund and to calm my fears about his senior dog issues. Both of my dogs have received the best care from Dr Barron and his entire staff! I would never consider going anywhere else!

I would give the doc five stars and the administrative staff a -10. You can call but don’t bother. Unless you get your call answered, no one will EVER call you back. This happened on numerous occasions while my dog was SEVERELY sick. Also, any estimates offered, triple it. They can’t even quote you within a reasonable amount. The vet is absolutely amazing. Very knowledgeable. Just wish he’d step up his expectations with his staff.

I called because I'm new to the area and have a 20 year old cat who isn't doing well. I wanted to price local vets and see who could help. They seemed affronted when I asked how much they charged to put a cat to sleep when it was needed, left me on hold for 10 minutes then told me I'd have to bring her in and do a full workup of tests before they'd discuss it. I'm not willing to put her through that misery nor spend all my money on tests when she's 20 years old and just old. The complete unwillingness to help me take care of my baby says everything I need to know about this place.

So grateful that the best Vet in town, Dr. Drake Martin, is at SRVC. The team at SRVC is super friendly, facility is ultra clean, service is unparalleled, pricing is reasonable and I truly couldn't imagine entrusting the care of my fur babies with any other team in town. Truly providers of excellence at every turn.

I don’t like that they won’t treat; vaccinations, exams, etc. in the exam room! Why take the dog away from the owner? Just causes more stress on the animal.Other than that, my animals have received good care here.

We have been going to SRVC since we moved back to Arkansas Feb 2021. We initially saw Dr Campbell who was very nice and detailed. Baxter had his annual check up there and shots initially. After a recent emergency trip, Dr Martin was able to get my toy poodle, Baxter, seen asap. While they were monitoring him to determine if surgery would be necessary, Dr Martin went above and beyond to communicate with me and provide detailed updates. I trust Dr Martin 100%! We unfortunately did have to have surgery but everything went as well as possible. I received updates immediately and the evening following. I’m thankful for SRVC and the entire staff for being amazing, so caring, and communicating so well. 12/10 would recommend especially if something emergent is needed.

My experience: I have taken my 50 pound dog (1 year old now) to this clinic for 1 year now. We went today for annual vaccines. The assistant explained some of the shots were a requirement in boarding places. I mentioned I might need boarding services this month but never requested boarding services there as Ellie always stays in NLR, and she loves it there. I brought her to the clinic wearing a muzzle. At the clinic I put a second muzzle on top of that one (double muzzle). The way I see it, this is a dog who is taken away from her owner (owners are not allowed in the back of the clinic), is retrained with a double muzzled, and is getting injections. Of course the dog is combative. The veterinarian came to the room where I was waiting and said next time I should bring her sedated so they did not have to struggle with her. I did not have a problem with that. He immediately continued to say that they would not provide boarding services for Ellie. I was not there requesting boarding services. Ellie is a friendly dog who uses boarding services all the time and never has had any problem with the staff or other dogs. The decision to refuse boarding services (which, again, were not requested) because Ellie was combative while restrained by strangers and getting injections seems to reflect poor judgement. Therefore, I will take my business elsewhere. Maybe poodles and hamsters are good fit for this clinic.

After Dr. Erikson retired from Hillcrest, I was worried about who I would find to take care of my babies. Everyone at SRVC has stepped up and been wonderful. I trust them completely with the health of my aging cat. They also were so kind and compassionate when we had to say goodbye to our dog and one of our cats. I can't wait to introduce them to the new boy we are adopting soon.

After losing my last furbaby I just didn't feel like my vet was fully equipped so when I adopted Onyx from my brother I decided it was time for a change. I chose you and I'm so glad you can tell this is a staff with a heart for animals. I look forward to our journey together thank you so much.
