The main reasons we chose this motel was because it was close to where we needed to be and the website description indicated it included breakfast. When checking in and asked about breakfast times, we were told it is only coffee, no food. The staff were not friendly, very abrupt and business like. Not a great check-in experience. The room was very basic, small, but clean. The exterior does not have good curb appeal. The area around the stairs and elevator and inside the elevator were very dirty. Not a very good impression of the business.

The guy in the front was nice but unless you can handle other guests in you room then do not recommend..another problem was a cigarette burn in a non smoking room, not to much or a problem.. only recommend if you are looking for a quick nap, Its decent for the price

Checked in via phone, and showed up to check into our room, the reported ower of this establishment was incredibly rude and hostile from the moment my husband walked inside to check in. Since I booked the room, I walked my driver's license inside and once I got to the desk, the owner started raising his voice and became very rude. I told him we would no longer want the room, and asked when I could expect my refund and he proceeds to call the cops! Not to mention the property itself looked very run down and not worth the 100+ room fee. In all the thousands of miles we've traveled, have we ever experienced such a rude, hostile hotel clerk, the fact he was the owner made it even worse. Needless to say, after speaking with the local PD, this isn't the first frivolous call in they have had. Beware when paying your hard earned money to such an unreasonably hostile business.

These people are thieves!!! Do NOT go here!!! They kept a 100 dollar deposit stating I needed a deposit slip which I was NEVER given. I called to talk to the manager who gave me a number for the regional manager and turns out it was just the front desk. The lady lied and said he would be there at 11 pm!! I called today and talked to a lady I asked for the regional managers phone number and a name, and she told me she didn’t know any information. I asked her if I could talk to someone that could help me get in contact with him and she hung up the phone on me. The whole time I was neither rude nor snarky to any of them! I think they are just trying to keep peoples money because I paid the deposit in cash. Absolutely terrible terrible people that run and work at this place. I filed a formal complaint through Wyndham so hopefully something will be resolved.

This hole was a dumpster dive. The girl at the check in counter was short and unhelpful. The room was not very clean, mold in the shower, dirty hand towel, vending machines did not work and the management was rude about parking our Harley Davidson motorcycles near the front desk in the well lit area. At chech in the girl told us breakfast was served 6:30-9. Breakfast consisted of coffee and muffin. The grounds, parking lot was a mess. Nothing like the "on-line" photos showed. A Dive!

The room (115) was actually perfect except for the bathroom door was broken from someone kicking it in and the bathroom sink was missing a lever to adjust the temperature. I think someone stole it. I did call about the door when I got there and they sent a maintenance person when we were checking out.Service is good. Gentlemen at the desk is snippy. There is no breakfast, just coffee.Location is perfect.Safety: The fella behind the desk had about 30 cameras on the joint. They keep an eye on the property.Food & drinks: Complementary coffee only.

While the man checking us in and out was very friendly the rooms are awful. The price is outrageous $90 for one night plus a $50 deposit that they do give back after they see you didn't tear up the room.Housekeeping really needs to trained, we could see and feel soap scum in the bathtub. Could definitely tell that floors and walls needed cleaning. Pillows were plenty but they were smaller and cheap so you needed 2 at least to feel like you had one decent pillow. Bed was hard, left us both sore.Wouldn't hurt to do some renovations and decorations.

The room was clean enough to sleep and not feel yucky. Their customer service was terrible. They told us they had breakfast in the morning, but only had coffee. They only gave us one room key, which isn't a huge deal, just inconvenient. The location is right off the highway, so while convenient, there is sketchy people everywhere.

The room smells like it used to be a smoking room a little but not that bad. The rooms are cleanish but could use work. The sheets were clean but the floor had gunk in spots and the bathroom walls are pretty dirty. Area is a little sketchy but the security is good. I would stay here again probably but I've been to funkier hotels that put out more effort on cleaning

This one wasnt the best experience.Blanket had patched holes in it. Cord was cut to the lamp between the beds. The towels and rags had black stains on them. At least I hope it was stains and not unwashed towels. There was feces on the bathroom wall behind the toilet. There is a sign in the lobby that says "superstarter breakfast", but they only serve coffee and muffins. I stayed 3 nights, but had to be gone early for work, so when I went to the office after work and asked for shampoo I was told I had to wait for housekeeping the next day, even after explaining that I leave for work before housekeeping starts. I will upload a few pics.Rooms: Minimum effort put in by owners to keep business up to date.Nearby activities: Home depot, Walmart, bass pro shop, as well as some restaurants close by.Food & drinks: Mcdonalds, wendys, taco bell, and a few other places to eat close by.

Clean rooms, clean towels/linen (although some are a little dingy). Awesome, awesome service!! My son left his wallet in the room when we checked out. He called and asked them to hold in when they came in later to clean. We came back 4 hours later to retrieve it, and everything was there. Will definitely stay again.

On bed closest to desk there were hairs. Bed closest to window, the bed leaned towards center of room. Not very many outlets to plug in additional/personal devices . Shower made loud noises, if this happens in your room, just adjust the spray nozzle. That stopped the noise. The floors were very dirty. After taking a shower and walking back to the bed my feet were black. I rewashed my feet and scooted on towel to bed ( see pics attached).Noteworthy details: Coffee only served from 6-9 a.m.

Not only did the old man behind the desk trying to charge me $45 to check in early. That lady was extremely rude extremely aggressive man in your country. You’re not allowed to talk but you come here and you treated a customer like I was garbage beneath your feet, ma’am you can’t have been more wrong.

If you pass through Little Rock and need a place to stay, pass by this place! It looks kinda ok from the hiway and ok from the booking listing as well, but they must be writing some of these reviews! The price was right for our little group, since we needed 3 rooms. Don't assume since you book them at the same time, that they will be together. We asked for close, they are on the same floor, I'll give them that... the third floor! There is a very creaky elevator that gives a 13th floor vibe, that will jostle you to the 3rd floor despite obviously not being sold out.The room was cleanish, the bed was firm and comfy but did have creaky springs, the carpet wasn't sticky. Although the room fits 4 people, there are only towels for three provided and we didn't want to trudge down to the office for more, so we made due.The check in went smoothly, the lobby was big, but mostly roped off and labeled off limits. No roll-away beds were available (all checked out, we were told) and the clerk seemed to defer to the lady sitting down the counter who answered all our questions and who had no time for smiling or friendliness, but had mastered the art of the disapproving dour expression. When we called down for the times for breakfast, we were told that 'it's coffee and it's at 7-9' or some such, I stopped listening after hearing, no breakfast was served. The description said breakfast was included in the price, as did the receipt emailed for payment, where I come from that's at least a bagel, toast, juice, biscuit and gravy, cereal and milk or some pasties. Not just Coffee!By morning it was clear that the rooms share ventilation so the smokers room was sharing its blue plume with us and not in a good way.The Poole was covered! When asked why no breakfast and no pool, the answer was Covid. Seriously? While there was plexiglass in place, there were no masks present, no clean pens bin or place to put used ones... so no real Covid protections in place except those that suited the staff in avoiding providing any amenities.Did we mention how indifferent the lady was at the front desk? Well not as indifferent as the management and Wyndham are in responding to these negative reviews. Must be some Wyndham training program....So read some reviews for this place and pass it by. You have choices and some places are glad to have your business! Not this place.***the corporate office apologized that I wasn't happy but made no effort to say what might be done to improve. Make it better! Words are cheap!***
