Not a single register open,10 people standing in line at self checkout and 2 employees there instead of working a register. I don't work here. I decided to leave everything on an empty conveyor and go somewhere else. Please open registers for your customers

Ordering was so easy but when I went to pick up my order, the employee took my name and then walked somewhere away from the pick up counter towards the front of the store and was gone for about 15 minutes, returning with my package. That was a long time to wait…I could have gone to shop for the items myself. Also, there’s a storage room right behind the pick up/return counter which looks like a tornado went through it. Interesting how Target wants their store to look nice but obviously doesn’t care about backstage organization and the products returned. As a consumer, who knows what happens to all of those products but I’m sure we’re paying for it.

It was easy to place my online and it was available for pickup in a timely manner. The pickup was handled in a timely manner as well. The associate came out with my order within minutes and took great care when placing my items in my vehicle. I’m pleased with the entire experience.

This is a fabulous store! I go here at least once a week. I love the offerings they have. Also, the gentleman that helps at the self check out area is just a lovely human being! Very warm, kind and a great sense of humor!

I came in to get a box of pull ups, I went to self check out and immediately the Indian female self check out clerk started watching me. I went to the register, made sure I had my coupon clipped then checked out. At this point the cashier was BEHIND ME. Now i didn’t realize this until I turned around and saw her watching me. Mind you I had ONE ITEM. I was the only black person checking out and she didn’t watch anyone else! I even stood at the entrance to see if she told behind any of the white patrons. Guess what, she didn’t! She actually went back to where she came from. Not all black people steal, while she was watching me I’m sure someone was stealing. SMDH

They have like one register open on a Sunday afternoon, and instead of opening more registers, they throw another employee at the self checkouts to count items in carts to make sure you only have 10 items.
What a wild decision by management.

Great quality store compared to the one on university. This store just went through some renovations that has revamped the inside! Great store with a variety of items. Prices are higher than other stores only downside but at least they have people at registers (talking to you Walmart and Kroger).

Associates in tech departments have no key to get the game. We waited here for 30 mins waiting for someone with a key. Worst experience ever!
