I ordered online for pick up. The issue is the loaded bake potato. I stated online to remove the sour cream every time I order at this restaurant. I don't like sour cream. I asked the black female at the window to make sure they didn't place the cup with loaded toppings in the bag. She tried to correct me by saying the order said loaded baked potato. I told her to read the receipt. It states remove the sour cream. She walks away with attitude. No apology for the mixed up. It happens every time I order this entrée. I get home there is no butter and no cheddar cheese -- only bacon. The people completing the orders need to pay more attention to details instead of correcting customers.

Texas Roadhouse offers fantastic value for steak lovers, with perfectly cooked prime rib that melts in your mouth. However, our large party experienced a bit of a wait, and although the service was friendly, it took a while for them to clear our dirty dishes. Overall, a great dining experience with room for improvement in service efficiency.

I can't say enough about this place. The stakes were delicious and the rolls were delicious. Everything I got was delicious. And the staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. I will be going back to Texas roadhouse.

Unfortunately, our party of 8 did not have the opportunity to be seated promptly, despite being reassured multiple times. Subsequently, our experience was hindered by insufficient service. Regrettably, I must assign a rating of 1, as a rating of 0 is unattainable.(sadly) While I have visited this establishment on many occasions in the past, I must convey that my recent experience was less than satisfactory. I was disheartened to hear other patrons express their discontent, indicating they may not patronize again in the future. It is evident that tonight was not a reflection of the establishment's usual standard of excellence.

Made a reservation at 610 pm. It is now 823pm and still waiting. Watched a ton of people come and go but yet still waiting. Couldnt tell you about the food because all we can do is smell it. So mad I dont even want to eat at this point.

We had a birthday dinner here with a group of 8. The service was slow and the bartender was a last minute staff change from another dept. due to something out of their control. That said, it took atleast 25 minutes after being seated to get the glasses of wine and waters for the table. My food and 2 others was forgotten or had an issue in the kitchen so most were done eating when we got our food. Another staff member did come by and give me a free appetizer card so that was appreciated but still didn't make up for the issues we had and the wait time for drinks. We also had to ask for most things 2-3 times before we got them, like our appetizer, refills and take-out boxes. I understand that this place is very busy especially at 6pm on a Friday but I think some of the issues could have been avoided just by better and more attentive service.

We were there for dinner with three people after an excellent experience at Texas Roadhouse in Amarillo.The first thing we noticed was that there were no peanuts in Little Rock. The meat counter was not as neatly designed and labeled as in Amarillo.We had the Shirolin Steak 8 oz twice in medium and medium/rare.One should be put 6 oz in through.The 6 oz steak was rather medium/well doneand still acceptable.The 8 oz steaks were well done and completely unacceptable.After my complaint the steaks were replaced. The second attempt wasn't perfect either, but acceptable. The meat was badly cut in all three cases, so no one can prepare them properly.By the time the new steaks were delivered the fries were cold and inedible.Last but not least, the free starter that we should have received was also added to the bill.Overall, a very disappointing performance.

Most everything was really good, but my beef tips were very ‘grissly’ and tough. I will remember to not order that next time. Not mad, just a bit disappointed.

Let's start at the beginning. We're a party of 9 on a Saturday, we called made reservations 1hour and 20 mins. 2 hours later we were able to get in. Yes they were busy, but really? Time was 608 when we called got in 815. We got salads before our drinks, when food came veggies were luke warm, and cheese not even melted. Steak not cooked as ordered. Burnt and so tough. We got our kids plate which was so tough I couldn't even tear it. Was to be cooked medium. It was ay overdone. When we got her childs steak back we were all done eating. So we didn't even get to eat it. But was charged for it. 17% gratuity was already applied so that was the only tip she got. We were her only table in that section. And only seen her 3 times. Drinks sat empty, while we ate, food issues but never seen her to let her know. Not a good experience. Which is sad because the one in Springfield MO, and Jonesboro AR. Are amazing!

Richard is an excellent server, he had a smile the entire time very polite and made sure his customers were all served and everything was ok.
