Where do I start, I reserved my room weeks ahead. Clarence called me to get an updated card to hold my room. I supplied a card and the money was taken. When I got there I had no room. They overbooked. How was my room not available. I spoke to Gregg, who was very nice. He spoke to his manager, who was unable to assist me, but said she would give me points that I don't see. I was really disappointed that I reserved my room ahead and paid a deposit to hold my room. We went to the bar/restaurant for a drink until this was resolved, and Coco was the best.

I don't want to tell everyone about this beautiful hotel but I have to review & say this is 5 stars! The king suite is huge! It feels very home like. Dining area, living room space with sofa, tv & fireplace (which I couldn't figure out how to work), a bar area with fridge, desk to work on. Connecting room has the king bed with another tv & dresser and then big bathroom with walk in shower that has Delta brand shower head which feels amazing. The toiletries provided were high quality Bath and body works body wash, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion & hand soap. They provide 2 bath robes (Im not a fan of hotel bath robes as they are not soft, but its nice to have them provided). They give qtips, cotton balls, etc. All the necessary items you may need. Room was also very clean. Appreciate that the most!Super quiet hotel. Plenty of parking available. Location is great! Near many restaurants & close to highway. I cannot wait to return. I've never felt so at home until I started staying at the Tapestry Hilton collection hotels.Thank you.Nearby activities: There is park called Two River park near the highway, its about 10min drive from hotel.Food & drinks: Lots of restaurants walking distance even. Indian restaurant, italian, Chinese, and even Indian grocers

The bed was so amazing and I slept like a true champ. No joke. The pillows are so soft and you can fall asleep immediately. The property is small but just right for a perfect occasion such as a wedding weekend. The service was great and I was greeted by Adrienne. She was phenomenal. I highly recommend this hotel. Everything about it is first class. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Preparing a trip just to go back to the hotel. Usually, I plan trips around attractions and events. But this time, it's strictly for this hotel. We enjoyed the space, very clean rooms, close to shops and restaurants and even a Starbucks within walking distance!!!!!

Did not stay at the hotel and now am not sure I want to after my experienceI attended a breakfast meeting at the Burgundy hotel last Monday (10/02) and ordered A La Carte 2 scrambled eggs and breakfast potatoes - which I believed on the menu was for $5 each. I got my bill which was $11.06 and I added a $2 tip - I was MULTIPLE charges on my card that were still processing. This morning I saw that I have been charged for 3 breakfasts. I am highly disappointed that it was my first time to the Burgundy Hotel and was charged for 3 breakfast meals. I am definitely not using my card here EVER again! I would caution people to keep a copy of their receipt and double/triple check their transactions after visiting the Burgundy Hotel. The food was DELICIOUS though - maybe that’s why I was charged 3 times

Super cute hotel! It’s a homey feel as soon as you walk into the room! Love the fixtures and the shower is great! My only real issue was when my room was cleaned, the person cleaning it moved all my stuff around to completely different spots which made it hard to find again. First time that’s happened so maybe that person is new?

First off, the service and staff at this hotel are fantastic! Such lovely people, very kind. And the fixtures and decor are overall quite thoughtful and trendy.Currently, the pool is closed.Of note, the bathroom door has a frosted glass window in it, so if you wake significantly sooner than your partner, you will have to stumble around in the dark so as not to wake them with the bright bathroom lighting that will shine right through. The morning coffee bar was a lovely perk. I'm not too fond of the sour coffee that seems to be trending this decade, so for my second cup, I went back to the room to use the complimentary Keurig machine. One small, personal niggle: I really value fancy, scented soaps for the momentary "aromatherapy" experience. I used three different bathrooms in the hotel. Each one had a different brand or scent label on the bottle, and they looked promising. But regardless of the scent claimed, they all smelled exactly the same, which means they're just refilling the bottles with the same vaguely tropical fruit scented soap in all the dispensers. I know it's a small thing, but I look forward to fancy soap experiences, so that was a bit of a let down.

I’ve been here maybe 7 times. It’s consistently a great experience! I love the rooms, they are clean, large and quiet. The restaurant, Table 28, is always top rate. The people working here are so nice and conscientious. The Guest Services Supervisor, Clarence, deserves a special call out. He is so polite and attentive to every request. The hotel got a great find in him!All in all, highly recommended!

Excellent small hotel. Rooms were clean and well appointed. Enjoyed the service at both the desk and breakfast restaurant. A couple of notes, don’t bother with a digital key, it works about 20% of the time at the room and not at all in common areas. Breakfast was excellent; gold/platinum members do get a comp on the ticket however this isn’t advertised anywhere except on an old online menu. Hotel should be more upfront with this feature as it would’ve factored hugely in my choice of hotel.

The Burgundy. A boutique hotel with only three floors, a lobby, a pool, and a great little restaurant. The entry is very classy and the one elevator didn't even smell bad. The room was nice and cold upon entry and looked clean and tidy. The restaurant was excellent. I had the pork steak which was cooked to perfection and the portions were great. I was surprised to find a pork steak as a St Louisan far from home. They are generally regarded as local fair mostly. That being said. I do have a downside. Our room was preauthorized on the card 3 times. Not cool when trying to use that card for dinner! Be aware that your walking shower though wonderful, has a quirk. The sliding glass door is mounted backwards. So instead of opening on the side of the shower controls so you can turn on the water without having to stand in the shower to do so, it is thusly frustrating so as to cause you to be spritzed with freezing cold water. Odd. Also there were reading lamps on either side of the bed which were dismantled and sitting on the side tables with no explanation and despite our request were never fixed. There is cool led indirect lighting in the headboard which we turned off but it never turned back on. Two reading lamps in the living area did not work either. And finally, the barista on duty in the restaurant did not know what a Beam and ginger highball is. I was dissapointed I was not made aware, I was just served something different instead. I could have shared the recipe with them. All in all it was a comfortable stay and I actually wouldn't mind staying there again. Hopefully, with working lights. ?

The Burgundy is a beautiful hotel, in a convenient and quiet location. My room was beautiful, very comfortable and spacious. There is also a decent on-site restaurant (The 28th?) I would venture to a different restaurant if given the choice again but I highly recommend The Burgundy.
