“Departed from the Little Rock, AR, arrival in Springfield, MO.The LR terminal was clean, as far as I could tell, it was very dark inside. It was a sun filled sky, no one cloud around, kind of morning. It was almost like the lights were on turned down dim. The woman working the ticket counter was very loud & extremely rude. Yelling at customers from inside the terminal doorway at customers outside smoking. All standing well within the "designated smoking area" box. She was rude when asked any question, didn't matter the question She was rude. You felt like, she was annoyed because people were around. Didn't matter if you were staff or otherwise, you were bothering her.The bus, I was departing on, was on time arriving & departing from LR. The driver was efficient with boarding & very nice.Arrived in Springfield, MO, 14 minutes late, it's ok because it happens. The a very well light & very clean terminal. Very pleasant staff.I will ride with Greyhound/Jefferson Lines again. All in all, the staff, not letting the one bad apple detour my opinion, is pleasant, grateful & happy.”

“These buses run on schedules and are well spread out. They run fewer buses on weekends about 1 hours apart. If locally we had the multi millions that California has spent on public transportation, I'm sure we would have much better public transportation system too. However, Rock Region Metro has done a very good job with what they have were given. We have to invest in public transportation. At a $1.35 a trip across town doesn't cost you near the automotive wear & tear, gasoline,& Insurance you would spend for your private ride. It saves us all from smog, expenses, etc. Vote to fund public transportation. As a student it's incredibly expensive to drive back & forth daily. Our Universities help cover the bus trips. Thank you to all involved! They did a wonderful job during COVID keeping our buses disinfected & clean. Free from fear in riding.”
