Update to my review. It's been about a month and the color is diminishing with each wash which tells me that the woman who colored my hair did not use a permanent color, yet charged me $109 for a semi permanent. How is that a color correction. I will be calling corporate and if they do not remedy I will never return for hair. This is not cool at all.

These people are racist. My mother who is tan went to go get her hair colored brown and they said it’s impossible.I ask the reader to tell me how is any color impossible, my mother has gray hair and the hair stylist refused to color my mother’s hair. Only gave her black color options. Very disappointed. You can do better Ulta. This used to be my happy place.

I've come here twice now for different service appointments, and twice I've been sorely disappointed in this Ulta.I gave them the benefit of the doubt the first time - it was the hair dresser's last day (only a couple weeks into the job), and she didn't seem to care at all. She spent less than 10 minutes "cutting" my hair (a tiny trim across the bottom when I asked for a full cut and reshape with layers), and that was AN HOUR after my scheduled appointment start time.This time, I arrived just before my scheduled appointment time and the brow bar employee hadn't shown up yet. They called her after I got there, and informed me 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment start time that she wasn't coming in today.I won't be returning to this location and don't recommend scheduling their services. The issues I have had seem to be a pattern based on other reviews, and my service appointments were more than 1.5 years apart.

My mom and I went in to purchase a product. They didn't have it. No biggie. My mom ended up finding something she wanted to purchase. She did. The girl at the front asked her if she had a number for rewards, she didn't and I told her I didn't either. She said she could sign me up...."it's free" I politely declined. We mentioned the item we were in search for and that they didn't have it. She then told us they could order it and have it shipped to us at no additional cost for shipping, but she will need our number. I jokingly said you're determined to get that info. Now common sense tells you if we agree, we are going to give you our info ? she looks up on her device and says we can get it ordered. We are excited, and she asks us to hold on, and walks off. We are thinking she needs help putting in the order or something just to have another rep or possibly manager come back with her to look at me and say we have to have your info to order anything for you. I thought I had to have been getting punked, but this girl really wasted more of our time to go get someone to tell us what we were obviously aware of. We told them we were waiting on her to put the order in. She was looking on the device and verifying they could and NEVER asked for any info. She tried to get smart saying she puts the order in on the computer... ok, so why were you on the other device? Why didn't you ask for what info you needed, and why did you feel the need to go get someone else when you never even asked for info for the order?

I have not bought makeup in over 15 years and the workers there were so nice and sweet. Cecilia saw me looking confused and lost and helped so much. She took the time to actually show me which blush and lipstick would work for my me and still allowed me to pick the one I wanted. There was no judgment or impatience. Cecilia was the best.

Everytime I have gone to this location the service has not been great. I had a makeup appointment scheduled for 145pm. I arrived early and respected that the artist was with another client. I sat in my car, walked around the store and was very patient. When I came back in about 5 minutes before my scheduled time, I let them know I was back for my scheduled appointment. I stood there in plain view for nearly 45 minutes, no acknowledgment from the artist that she was running late at all. I will go where my money and time are valued! The North Little Rock store is always fabulous, they greet their customers and communicate!

Went to the back of the store to look at shampoo. A worker was with another customer and I asked her if their was someone that could help me. She told me to go to the front of the store and ask for help. I went to the register and asked the lady for help. She said I think there is someone over there that can help you and pointed to the other side of the store. I placed the items on the counter and said forget it. I am not going to walk around the store begging for someone to help me. She said this is not a customer service issue. I said yes it is and will take my business elsewhere.

I would give a negative if possible. I received the worst haircut ever. She was obviously in a hurry and did a horrible job. She did not shampoo my hair. It was a clipper cut but she didn't apply any disinfectant to my skin when she finished. She couldn't even be bothered to brush the cut hair off my neck. I would not recommend Mechelle if you are a woman of color with natural hair. I had to pay another barber to try and fix the mess she made.

I was looking for a specific facial cleaner and an eyeliner. One of the staff was more than happy to find exactly what I was looking for. I was also able to get a few other items that I was not expecting to be in stock. Some of the things were not on the shelves just because they were trying to get everything placed back on the shelves after a huge sale. But the staff were more than willing to go and look for anything you were wanting.
