This place is expensive but it has everything that you could possibly want or need. They ran out of the free gift but the cashier found me something else. I was disappointed but there was nothing else to do.

Amanda is a genius. I have been looking for the perfect deep lip tint for months and she found one for me within two minutes of me walking into the store. I have always had very good interactions with her but wow! She truly is amazing at her job

We were just in this location that we visit regularly. Some sunscreen was marked buy one, get one 1/2 off. Apparently lip care with spf was not included. Instead of the associate and manager explaining this to us they spoke to us in a very loud, condescending unkind tone. We will not be returning.

Walked in, was greeted by one staff member. Another staff member asked me if I needed help finding anything. He directed me to what I was looking for. Ladies at the checkout counter were kind and quick. Best experience I’ve had at an Ulta.

The app or website doesn't notify you when your order is ready for pickup. The curbside pickup is chaotic only because the employee has to walk between cars and avoid being run over by other vehicles just to get to the Curbside pickup parking space. The purpose of curbside pickup, in my opinion, is for the women who can't conquer the world until they have a fresh face on, so using the curbside pickup shouldn't be stressful as well.

I went in to purchase a Prada cologne for my partner and was super disappointed with the lackluster response and “123 not it” approach to helping me. They looked around awkwardly when I asked for help & ultimately made some new girl try to find the Prada fragrances, and when it wasn’t there they just wandered off. I usually go there and get great service from night shift but this time was the complete opposite. I felt like I was bothering the staff and no one was interested in helping. Luckily I found the fragrance was at the other location, which I don’t know why no one that worked there could help me find that out. Very disappointing and absolutely conflicts the standard of care I’ve become accustomed to at Ulta

Theses folks at this location are rude and nasty, watched me and my daughter the whole time we was in store, and when I did ask for a mood changing lip gloss she stood there with the tester sample and didn’t move to see if they had more in stock, that was the last straw for me I sit the items I had picked out on the counter and walked out, I will never come back to this location, and the employees someone higher in authority needs to talk with them, I called the next day to speak with management and she wasn’t helpful either…
