I'm not sure what happened, but I used to enjoy visiting this bank branch. But something changed and my last few visits were disappointing. The employees were not friendly and I was wishing I had visited a different U.S. Bank branch a few miles away. ?

This branch has the rudest and least professional staff I have ever experienced at a bank. The manager Hayden sets the example of haughtiness for the employees. Instead of kindly serving customers, he barks commands and has no listening skills whatsoever.

Hayden and Sue were very helpful when I went in for my scheduled appointment to open my new Checking and Savings accounts. They seemed to be having a busy day but were able to get me started on my account opening process fairly quickly once I arrived. Sue was very knowledgable about the products I was interested in and made the entire process extremely painless. When we finished getting the accounts setup, both Sue and Hayden took the time to give me a detailed run-down of the mobile app and all of the new US Bank services I had access to as a customer. Great overall experience from a great team.

The Chenal branch is a very helpful branch in general, but the manager, Brandy Engle, seems to go above and beyond to make sure the customers are treated very well. The employees know us by name, and they appear to genuinely care about the banking experience of their customers, be it in the lobby, in the drive-through, or on the phone. The service is five stars, indeed.

Such an easy visit. No wait and everyone there is super nice! I don’t even go through the drive thru because I just want to see everyone. I give this bank two thumbs up only because I have two thumbs. Ha! Great bank

I really liked US bank when I first started banking with them. Which this was over 15 years ago. When they had the 5 star customer satisfaction. I believe that is what it was called. Now the customer service at this branch is horrible. There is always a long wait time. The employees are very rude here. The employees that work their seem to not care if customers have to wait long periods of times. I honestly feel like they just need to close this branch.

I should have posted this over a year ago. I don't know how it is now because I moved to another bank. I could not stand the service here. Anytime I went here, it was going to be at least a 15 minute wait. I couldn't tell if it was a shortage of staff issue or what. Even if I tried to go into the branch, I saw an employee flipping his pen with nothing to do, while I waited for the only clerk helping customers in the drive-thru. Not a care in the world. I gave one additional star cause while they close at 4:30, at least they opened on Saturday.
