We are newer to the area, but have experienced the worst USPS services. It is beyond your imagination that how many mistakes this USPS delivery could make. They put packages and mails to someone else's mailboxes or just lost them but still telling you they were delivered. We lost very important and costly legal documents in mail. The gentleman manager in phone insisted that it was delivered to our box and he said if any neighbors got this should return that to us. He was kinda try to find excuse from this responsibility and drive you hate other individuals. They didn't do anything else to cover the lost of clients. This business needs better trained and responsible employees.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE and HORRIBLE no one knows anything, no one gets back when they promise they will this is the 4th time I have had issues with not receiving packages, notes left at mailbox saying no one was home for signature LIE I have security cameras at my house records everything no one has ever come to my door to deliver a package. You tell them a they get nasty. If I could give a zero star I would - this place needs to be audit. I am running this up the ladder.

Apparently their phones don't work. 3 days of me calling back to back because they can't seem to deliver my package (that is the size of a Hallmark card). Just because your driver doesnt want to show up to work, it doesn't make it ok to lie to me and say you will hold my package there or call back. Its absolutely ridiculous. My package should have been delivered a week ago. They have had it at their annex for a week solid. Main guy lied to me. The lady I spoke with 2 days ago lied to me. I'm very frustrated. This is the least professional experience I've had with ever. And to top it off it's been awaiting delivery since the 11th.

Worst management ever the station manager Mr Tucker is very rude & yells & screams at his employees & calls them names that’s why this station has a high turn over rate on its employees he runs them off. Upper management does nothing about his behavior because he’s been with the post office for quite awhile. If you’re a hard worker it goes unnoticed they only care about getting the mail out. Larry Dollar one of the clerks that works there is the only good thing about the Chenal Post Office.

Aye whoever the arab or indian guy answer the phone has an attitude an rude yelling at me while im trying to explain that i might sent my package to the wrong address an the package is a Is expensive piece of jewelry that cost me alot of money an i cannot afford to lose it because of that guy.

Why are packages not allowed in these mailboxes? Take note of the stick-on labels on attached pictures. Looks like an arbitrary ruling made by a postal employee that is against federal USPS policy. This is the only USPS location I've seen that will not accept packages on these kind of mailboxes. The mailboxes have a pull down opening for packages so they are designed for the purpose. If letters are the only ones allowed, then these should only have slots.Also, the counter staff can use some training in public service.

I mean it's the post office. The people are as friendly as they can be I guess and I came in there to get some information about a temporary change of address and come to find out that a temporary address change can take anywhere from 10 to 15 business days which is really hard to deal with. When you have important documents that are needing to come to your new address and your mail is in limbo, it's not going to the old address and is not going to the new address. So where is it? I don't know but they gave me some information and that's all I can really go with.

Highly recommend not to go to this place the manager who is African-American is very rude and very high pitch tone he is not polite to customers he’s definitely to reinforce it his language and go back to training I have been mailing to the post office for few years now and never had to deal with this scenario I mailed a package to someone even though it’s the post office fault they put media mail on the package which requires overdue postage don’t recommend anyone to go to this place go somewhere else and take her business

worst post office in Arkansas. Workers there are rude and will not help at all. There is a UPS store very close, and if you have a choice I would certainly go there.

Very poor service….printer wasn’t working to provide a receipt. I literally asked for a little bit of help with my packages because I couldn’t carry all of them in at once. She said she couldn’t watch my packages for less than two minutes while I was gone to my car. I was just going to sit them on the counter less than 8 ft away.

You sent a susbstitue mail person to my complex that did not have his truck visible, no identifying clothing on and was scene yanking the boxes open with his bare hands and no keys. When asked who and what he was doing he became very defensive and readily angry and in a very thick middle eastern accent began asking a woman what did she want to know for and who was she. Please do not send that man to our community anymore. Thank you.
