Mr. Connors the location supervisor is absolutely amazing. In all my years living in Little Rock anytime I have had an issue with delivery for items I have been able to contact this location and Mr. Connors not only located the package but resolved my issue within hours. Today I had a package that was supposed to be delivered Sunday . I paid extra for the delivery as I am going on vacation today . Mr. Connor went above and beyond to locate my package and help me pick it up so I can have the much needed item. I so greatly appreciate this man because you usually do not receive such exemplary service. I suggest you guys promote him to Post Master General for the region because he deserves it. I have never experienced such a high level of professionalism when dealing with USPS as I have when I deal with him and this location specifically . Please use this location as a flag ship location to train all the others . Thank you again Mr. Connors much success.

Extremely rude service was told by the lady upfront that my package was not there. Thank goodness, the gentleman helping me did not listen to her. How many people has this lady sent away because she doesn’t want to do her job?

Absolutely terrible service! You have to wait in a long line with only one employee helping customers. There aren't any writing pens or tape at for customers to use. You have to wait on line for it. Clerk #16 will thank you for your patience with her dry attitude and then ask you to step aside to fill out your shipping label, which only takes a second. Now I have to wait again behind slow old people buying money orders. I came in before them, this is ridiculous! I was there today 8-1-2023 around 9:11am and Clerk #16 behind the counter could care less! This is who yall have serving customers downtown?!! I expected way better service, maybe she's annoyed that their AC is out! It was too muggy and hot in there and having to wait again because there isn't any supplies for customers is beyond ridiculous! I will drive out of my way from now own to use another PO! ?

Super quick service from the front desk clerks that seem to be very good at their job. And I figured it would be crowded with it being in the downtown area around all of these businesses all around.. LOL! ? But I was in and out of there in less than 5 minutes. Now that's what I call Excellent Customer Service Experience!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely the worst post office I’ve ever been to. 8 people in line and only one person working the counter, though she disappeared to the back half the time. This place needs a complete overhaul. Avoid this PO and go literally anywhere else.

Always friendly! And very helpful no wait at front desk in and out and they open early which is extremely convenient. ??
