Connor was so helpful I have been chasing a package that was suppose to be delivered in June . I live in Conway it's so sad my own post office in Conway didn't offer any help and they were rude . Connor sent an email for me and made sure I was taken care of praying that they find my package and it is delivered to me safely .

I live right up street an i am having to go to this post office and get my packages all the people here where I live at are mad cause the mailman will not pick up the out going mail

They killed 25 two-day-old chickens because they wouldn't deliver them to my door for 2 days in a row as they were supposed to and I had to go up there and beat on their doors pretty much to save the last six of them at the last minute

Not very helpful or friendly. Wasn't sure of the procedure for shipping something for my son's Ebay account. Female employee told me to grab shipping package which I immediately did. In the meantime, she conveniently decided to go on break and told me to wait back in line for the only other male employee (who was at least friendly. ) Added another 20min which was unnecessary! I give the male employee 5/5 however.

Poor customer service. No actual person to talk to. The USPS has not pick up or delivered my 97 year old mother’s mail in going on three days. And we have to wait days for a reply…not good.

No money order was available at this location. ? One of the employees suggested another post office that wasn't listed on Google Maps, and I was able to get the money order there.

I will NEVER USE THEM EVER !!! How does a letter disappear and when asked the employee he said putting it in the box is like throwing it in the trash I’m like say what sir we’ll if that’s the case why do y’all allow it to be in use . He then says I’ll just get the manager I said your employee told me that putting mail out in the box is like throwing it in the trash she says well we got a new lock I said well one of my letters got delivered the other hasn’t and it’s been weeks she says well without tracking we can’t tell you anything maybe it got ripped up in the machine huh what at this point this is ridiculous because how does mail disappear and nothing can be done and they really had this oh well anything else attitude . I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS LOCATION

Ordered a package from Missouri, it arrived at this location and then they sent it to Michigan. For what reason I do not know why. Took 9 days for a package to travel one state, if it weren’t for federal funding USPS would be bankrupt.
