RUDE, and beyond that its complete incompetence. Walked in 5/9/25 at 2:30pm into complete darkness, one lady working the calendar playing on her phone. she was no help, couldn't type an address in, couldn't scan a barcode. The reason she is there at the counter is to sale stamps, and take packages that are taped/labeled to perfection. Do yourself a favor, and go down to UPS, where customer service still lives.

Start making your workers take a picture of the whole door and the address number. Because my package was delivered to someone Else address i have the picture to prove it. Im very mad right now fighting to get my money back. Mail men do your job better

I can generally deal with incompetence, but when it’s paired with rudeness, I lose my mind. This post office is both of those things. Truly miserable people with a know-nothing manager.

Two young women sitting at the desk complaining about their families when I walked in. This is unprofessional when customers walk in. I had to mail two packages with signature confirmation. They informed me I had to do all the steps associated with mailing packages short of ringing up the sale and delivering them myself. They accused me of being rude when I asked for help and said I should know how to do this. They referred me to print so small I needed a magnifying glass to read. They went out of their way not to help. These two employees are in dire need of remedial customer service training.

My package was marked as delivered I got the run around for days. The manager or whoever he is refused to give me the gps location of where the package was delivered. Shady as hell. Other offices do it but he just chose not to if your mail carrier delivered it WHERE IS THE PROOF. How are you going to tell me you can’t give me the coordinates of where MY package was left

Something is seriously up with this post office. A package that was said to have been delivered wasnt. I called. They called back ,said the mailman said he delivered it. I feel like if i hadn't told them that i had a security camera, then they would have not cared. An hour or so later,they call and say that the mailmain was delivering both of my packages. Where were they, if he swore up and down he delivered them? Then they only delivered one. This makes me nervous about having anything come through this specific post office. Its to the point that i have most of my stuff go to north little rock to my mom,s house. Im not saying my stuff if getting stolen, im just not getting it,and this post office is the common denominator.

This is my absolute favorite USPS in the area. OMG the staff is so friendly and helpful. This is what my review use to say when I wrote it 3 years ago, now it’s changed.There is a employee here by the name of Melissa and she is so hateful, so unfriendly, and acts like she hates her job, she makes me hate coming to this post office now a days. Every time I’m in line I pray she doesn’t serve me cause her nasty attitude and nasty look on her face honestly drags the place down.

Unpleasant employees. Look I don't need even a hint of cheerful customer service (you won't find it here anyway) but when it's your job to accept parcels and scan them in...please don't get rude. I have to insist on scanning pre-paid parcels here. Why? Because this is the only office I've had mail go missing. Luckily since it was scanned in from Forest Park...and never scanned again, I could file a claim. Not to mention clerks are ill informed about Commerical rates. Go to the Brady location on Markham at least there's a kiosk.
