I've been on hold for over 30min
This is a week of calling with no answer
My mailbox got taken out last week by a truck that lost control and I haven't been able to get mail but haven't been able to speak to anyone about it
This is frustrating to say the least

I wish we could choose carriers to deliver our packages, because USPS would be the last on my list.
Today, I awoke to my package being out for delivery, then magically be transported somewhere else. I am on the verge of picking up my items from the postal office myself. Either they get the delivery wrong, or they throw your package in the mailbox like it's trash and proceed to leave your mailbox open.
I have filed 2 separate claims with these people. They hold your package so you have to get it the day they want you too, even if it's at your local office. It's a MIRACLE if they decide to deliver atleast ONE day early. Postal service people will rather leave a note on your door, saying they attempted delivery or that something imaginary interfered with the delivery than actually deliver your package. They get paid ALL this money to be lazy. FEDEX doesn't get paid as much as USPS, but FEDEX is so much better. They should pay USPS workers less and give the money to FEDEX workers. Nobody here wants to deliver packages, they just want to be lazy and get a high pay check. Fedex workers get paid ABSOLUTELY BOTTOM OF THE BARREL but can atleast deliver my stuff. Take the pay raises from USPS and give it to the people at FEDEX. USPS is a absolutely disgusting postal service and if I could, I would make it so they never had to deliver a single package I get again.

Worst service, people are not friendly, they do not help you from the moment they check the package, they mistreat it, they do not put it with care even if it is fragile.They should be friendly and nice

The worst customer service the workers are not friendly.They don't try to help you when its problem. You have to always contact the manager. TheManager always help

Worst service at the actual post office on Baseline Rd. They need better customer service and someone or something to help people that speak Spanish ASAP. My mom had a mail problem and she is 55 years old, can not speak English and the only tool she had was her cellphone to comunícate. The only employee they had just cut her off and said no phones. Didn’t even bother to help her and acted like he was in a rush. There was literally 3 people behind her. Awful service.

They delivered my package to another address. Four days passed and it didn't arrive and they themselves told me that absolutely yes, they left it at another address. And they told me that they couldn't do anything even if it was their fault. USPS is garbage

The couriers and the office staff have always been nice enough but I always cringe when I see my Amazon order is being delivered USPS because it always means an extra 3-4 day delay and those annoying “we tried” pink slips (when they actually never did). This particular delivery said they came by at 8:30 am (yeah, right!) when the time stamp shows it’s 4:20 and the only thing they’re delivering is the pink slip. Why lie? Why not just say “we can’t do it, come pick it up”???This is the government organization that got busted throwing the mail into dumpsters, so it’s best to have low expectations!

Absolutely unhelpful staff. I placed my mail in the outside collection box on a Monday and noticed that it was never scanned 3 days later. I checked by and went inside and asked if they had been checking the box and the employee evaded the question. So I asked if it had been checked today already because the box says checked twice at 2 and 5pm. He said he did not check it and will check it at the end of the day. And that my mail was probably stolen and there’s nothing he could do. Never offered to even just look for me. I went back the next day and asked another employee and she said it was stolen that I should have known better to bring it inside. Overall I feel like there should be a sign or warning on the collection box that mail is being stolen from it! Save people some trouble. Also maybe a camera facing the box?

¡¡SOME PEOPLE THERE ARE SO RUDE!!! I share my experience, a few days ago I went to ask about a package where I sent an att cell phone that I sent two weeks ago and it appeared that it had not been sent, my problem was that I lost the tracking number ticket and when I approached a young female employee to see if she could help me, she was very rude, she didn't even let me explain or anything, I know maybe there was nothing she could do but the way she treated me didn't leave me wanting to go back there EVER!

Best mail man ever!!! Today was Brian’s last day, he’s retiring and enjoying life after today. I had to take a picture of him with Courtney. Brian had a great personality ?and always worked with with a smile. We will miss you delivering our mail. God bless you and your family. Way to go Brian you get to start a great 2022!!
