Customer service today was outstanding! Jermaine (supervisor) was EXTREMELY helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable! We went in today (10/10/24) and he helped us locate a receipt in the system from last week. He took the time to listen to our questions and recommend products.
However, the tall gentleman helped us on 10/4 is a different story. He seemed annoyed and it felt like we were an incovenience to his phone time. Never really got straight answers from him.”
