The lady working at 7:20 on Sunday April 7th with the piercings was incredibly unprofessional. She left the front unattended for several minutes and allowed a customer who walked in after me to cut the line that I was waiting in.She’s also lazy and her eyes and demeanor make me believe she was high. Didn’t even give me my receipt.She was incredibly rude as well.

Called my prescription in & they said it would be ready when I got there. When I got there, they said it would take 5-10 minutes and to come back. Came back 20 minutes later & they said it wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow. Got an email 2 minutes later that my prescription was filled, but that they were closed for the day.

Worst walgreens location I've ever been to. They either close early or open late multiple times a month, they change their pharmacy hours constantly, and their customer service is terrible. Never more than 1 employee working at a time and they don't restock regularly

When they’re open (it varies, tonight Google says they’re open until 10pm but the note on the locked door says they closed at 2pm) the service is pretty bad. I’ve recently switched to a pharmacy across the street because this Walgreens pharmacy is never open when I need it to be. And, even in the pharmacy the service is poor.

Pharmacy staff is extremely rude and not helpful. They made me so upset that i cried. They did not care nor try to fix their mess up. Will never return to this location.

If I could give zero stars, I WOULD. This store should be permanently shut down. On one occasion, the pharmacy tried to sell me someone else's prescription. Another day, the 30 minute curbside pickup wasn't ready after 4 hours so I cancelled it but they still filled the order \\u0026 charged me. The last time I went, the doors were locked \\u0026 I was told there weren't enough workers to open the store but I could shop if I was only getting something small. Seriously?

Can't give zero stars. Just went in to pick up some Sudafed for my wife's double ear infection and they would not sell it to me. Basically I guess I was accused of being someone who would make meth with it. They have gotten worse and worse and this is the last straw. Went to Kroger pharmacist and got the Sudafed for my wife.

This Walgreens lacks customer service. I went to pick up a prescription that is covered by my insurance and was initially going to be charged full price without insurance. When I asked to properly put against my insurance, the staff rolled their eyes, sighed as if it was a huge problem for them. I highly recommend you take your business elsewhere. They finally corrected it, after my persistence, and they were visibly bothered by my request.

Just went out to get the flu and the 5th of COVID-19 booster and it took almost about an hour other than that it was pretty cordial environment

Not the best experience at all-VERY disappointing. All I wanted were flash drives of my phones pictures, a few prints, and index pictures. The promised time was Thursday at 3:17. I said I'd come back on Friday afternoon but I still had to wait. I didn't get the index pictures even though I paid for them, the clerk tried to convince me that I didn't pay for them. Instead he said the extra cost was because, overnight, the price of the flash drives had each increased by one dollar. Smh.... seriously. Y'all need to do better. I lost my $3 but Walgreens lost more because I'll take my business elsewhere.
